I think you should give some more time to yourself and for sure things will be fine.

You have sent the documents via courier and they were duly received.

My timeline is on the left and I havent heard anything from WVO since 19th May after they sent me medicals though I had sent the docs by courier and email both

It was just that my TLU was done which confirmed that my medicals have been received.

How many members are there is your file ? Are you the primary applicant ?

Its 2 pm in Warsaw and we have atleast 3 hours before they close.

Dear chiragkdave,

There are lots of many things to be worried in the world. Don't stress yourself with the delivery of docs as you have the proof of delivery. They never send acknowledgement for the courier received by them. Just chill. In my opinion there was no harm in sending scanned copies as well. They need either of two except in the case of docs which need to be send in original e.g. PCC. For each email / cse sent you will receive acknowledgement but for hard copies NO. Don't worry dude. Wait and :-\ for PPR.

I had raise a CSE 20 days back using the below link, but no response from their end. I don't know what they are upto.

Its totally fine even if you don't email the documents, I personally know few guys who have got their visa issued recently, only by sending requested documents through courier to warsaw.

Yesterday I submitted my passport in VSF ahmedabad.... Just received the SMS that my passport have been sent to Banglore visa office instead of NDVO?

Is it normal?

Yes its completely normal, inner state canada visa offices like Chandigarh and Bangalore do visa stamping on behalf of Delhi

Dont worry when I send my hardcopies, the email was bouncing back so i didnt bother send the docs via email. Just make sure the tracking update shows received by Warsaw office. Thats the only confirmation for you.

Another thing you can do is request a proof of delivery from your courier, which will carry the name of the receiver and the location the courier was received at
