Dear Friends,

Received passports back with visa stamped today on 16th July 2015 along with COPR's for myself and my spouse. The visa issue date is 30th June 2015 (i.e. PPR date).

Wish all my friends a very good luck for SLU/MR/TLU/DM/PPR.

Congrats brother....I hope everyone gets their PPR COPR at the earliest of VO's convenience .. lol

But seriously, this wait is killing day by day

Guys Good News from my side. Got PPR Request Yesterday on 15th July at 5.15 pm. got mail today from Consultant.


Application filed date - 18th Nov 2014
NOC - 2281
PER - 10th FEB 2015
AOR - NO AOR
SLU - 29th April 2015
MR - 11th May 2015
TLU - 10th June 2015
PPR - 15th July 2015.

Wishing all get relief from Waiting period sooon. Really Waiting is killer and especially after TLU.

Don't know how long is this wait. But the Warsaw office should understand that people are holding on to so many critical decisions that they have to take regarding child admission, resigning, arranging funds to land, packing the stuff at home and arranging things specially if you are not living in your home country.

WARSAW please shower you PPR's are a decent rate at least.

Sorry, but what do you mean by IT background check.
If you simply mean background checks, then yes, it happens for everyone on the application.

It stands for Confirmation Of Permanent Residence

It is a document that you will need to complete your landing process in Canada. It is given along with Visa

I want to post a generic information if it helps others .I applied from India and then I left my job and came to Malaysia for a job ,Currently I am in Malaysia from last 6 months .I wrote to my Visa officer and asked him that ,Is it necessary that I will have to send my passport to New Delhi after I get PPR or I can send it to Warsaw with a return postage stamp to get the VISA from Warsaw or can go to nearest VISA office and get it done there ,he replied back to me Quoting "You can do it either ways in which you are more comfortable"

Just thought of sharing with you guys ,Actually one more motive to right to Warsaw is just to check whether my file been processes or they are even looking into my file or not ,a bit childish but was just desperate waiting for PPR ,Hope they send me and others waiting for PPR soon
