Yes you can get it done from Delhi VO.. I know few who did it that way...Dont give it to VFS.

BTW when did you get your PPR? today or yesday?

Don't know how long is this wait. But the Warsaw office should understand that people are holding on to so many critical decisions that they have to take regarding child admission, resigning, arranging funds to land, packing the stuff at home and arranging things specially if you are not living in your home country.

WARSAW please shower you PPR's are a decent rate at least.
