I m quite surprised by this...they dint mention including blank pages...not sure he many ppl who have rcvd their PPR/DM have actually done that...

Guys - who have rcvd PPR/DM can you please re confirm? I m now in double mind...have already sent them email twice...

Also I need to understand if sending hard copy is compulsory through courier?

In the mail WVO has clearly mentioned to send All pages of Passport ( the word All is in Bold letters).

Hi Rohit, Thanks. They have given me 30 days and specified in the email that I may send my and my wife's passports to Warsaw ONLY through a commercial courier like DHL, Fedex etc with return prepaid so as to enable tracking and getting delivery acknowledgement. When the visa is ready they will send an email and after that the I have to inform the courier company to pick it from the embassy and deliver them back to me. So I can track both outbound and inbound. I'm currently checking other info sources. Seniors advice is highly appreciated.

This is great....wonder if NDVO allows this. Would be beneficial for those who do not have VFS nearby.

Hi All,

Need some advice regarding my PR . I had got my TLU on 02 Jun 2015 (NOC 2172-Warsaw VO). I need to get to Canada for a course which starts on 01 Sep 2015. Looking at the current trends, I am not very sure if my Visa would be ready by then.

Should I apply for a student visa right away just to be on the safer side? Or should I wait for some more time before applying. I've heard that it takes around 4 weeks to get student visa. Planning to leave on Aug 26.

Manu - I think all ur points are ok. But just one point of doubt here...do we actually need to send blank pages copy of the passport? I did not scan that and send...in fact I am not sure how many ppl have sent it...can u and other members please check and reconfirmed.

Also I have just sent the scanned copies and not the hard copy by courier to WVO...NO WHERE in the email they mentioned about sending both scanned copies and hard copies...

My TLU was done exactly after a week of appearing my medicals...

Please suggest and answer my queries.

1. The MR email clearly says " Please send a copy of all pages of the valid passport(s) for yourself and your accompanying family members...." . it nowhere says printed or otherwise. Since its not allowed to send the passports out of the country they might want to see the whole of the passport instead of getting real one. Also sending all the pages makes it clear that you have sent all the pages, otherwise one might be selective not sending Visa denial pages.

2. There is no need to send the courier as the email says " courier or e-mail to warsaw-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca ".

3. My point to send the hard copies was that RPRF receipt email clearly says as last line "Your case processing centre will only accept a printout of the official receipt as proof of payment. Thank you. " Also the bottom of RPRF receipt says"Please print two copies of this receipt, send one to Citizenship and Immigration Canada and keep one
for your records."

4. Since I was to send hard copies of RPRF receipt , I clubbed all other hard copies and sent by DHL , as they would charge the same amount only for RPRF receipt.

I hope this makes things clear.

I am still awaiting TLU.
