Then it's on the way.. have patience and be positive...chances of rejections after medicals received are very very less. They may be sending the bulk DM's and PPR's as can see for some are for NDVO and for some they are asking to send it to Warsaw directly. You will receive some sort of communication soon.

DHL has a facility where in you need to pay for to and fro and you will get the tracking service as where are your passports.

Hi Rohit, Thanks. They have given me 30 days and specified in the email that I may send my and my wife's passports to Warsaw ONLY through a commercial courier like DHL, Fedex etc with return prepaid so as to enable tracking and getting delivery acknowledgement. When the visa is ready they will send an email and after that the I have to inform the courier company to pick it from the embassy and deliver them back to me. So I can track both outbound and inbound. I'm currently checking other info sources. Seniors advice is highly appreciated.
