Please send a copy of all pages of the valid passport(s) for yourself and your accompanying family members by mail, courier or e-mail to warsaw-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca. If you are submitting via e-mail, scan your passport pages in PDF or JPG format. Our system will accept attachments up to 4MB only. If you need to compress your documents, please do so in ZIP format (this is the only format accepted by our system). The passport should be the passport that you intend to use to enter Canada. Please note that the passport should be valid for at least six months and contain at least two blank pages at the time of visa issuance. Ordinary passports are the only type of passport into which a permanent resident visa may be inserted. Diplomatic, official and special passports are not acceptable. Please do not send the original passports unless requested to do so.

I initially mailed only the non-blank pages and RPRF, the RPRF was accepted but was asked to send all pages of the passport. No need to send hard copies.

Guys even my TLU was on 20/05/2015 but my final additional docs reached WARSAW on 27/05/2015.
Inshallah hoping to get the DM/PPR soon, this wait is really killing me.

Usually it is full on Monday. Try after 2 hours at around 5pm IST.
Looks like per current trend 10 -28 days for PPR.

I experienced the same too when i sent them email 3 weeks ago.. i later sent on working day and it was fine.
try now.. i guess it shud be fine.. i sent email to them about 3 hours ago and it was delivered
