This is the address of Visa Section. I had mentioned this address on the cover. But I was checking UPS mail and delivery address written was

I checked on google maps and embassy's website how much distance is there between these two locations. But surprisingly, Google Maps considers both the locations as SAME.

Actually there are two parallel streets. One is "Jana Matejki" and other is "Piekna". The Embassy of Canada is the only building between these two streets. The main entrance of Embassy is from "Jana Matejki" street.

I hope couriers are received at one single location at Embassy and then distributed to relevant department so that my courier will go in the right hands.

Any way, I have e-mailed scanned copies of documents today.

Hello members, I sent a mail to warsaw immigration enquiry and asked for extension to submit PCC of my spouse for Qatar, and they have sent a mail today stating they have extended it by another 30 days. I specifically asked them to extend it by minimum of 90 days, because it takes about 3 months' time to get qatar pcc through Indian embassy. Now, in mail from warsaw, they have stated that no further extension would be given and failure to submit everything by 12th July, will result in refusal of application. I am so tensed now because my spouse right now cant travel to qatar himself and get it done in person. so, we will have to be dependent upon some friend of ours, who will do all processing on our behalf. but, i m still doubtful that we will be able to get it in one month's time. that's why i wanted to get 90 days' extension. on top of that, in few days i would also be travelling out of town for more than a month and would be totally out of touch with all this. any suggestion, what should i do now? should i send them another mail or may be call them and explain my situation? feeling so low after getting their mail and don't know how i will be able to get it done within a month. and the way they have mentioned that no further extension would be given as well their wording that failure to submit everything in 30 days time "will result in refusal".. rather than "may result in refusal".

I think first of all you should take this letter/email from warsaw to Qatar embassy explaining them the urgency of your requirement to get PCC within stipulated time. Maybe they expedite your process. In case they respond that 90 days is standard processing time and nothing could be done about it, at least take that submission in writing from them and then request warsaw to have a considerate view. I am sure warsaw will accommodate. At the very first place you should have done that. In the unfortunate scenario of qatar emabasy refusing to give that in writing then i guess your spouse need to make travel arrangements to qatar and get PCC from there in person (well not aware about your personal situation, so can't comment on the feasibility of your spouse's trip). I wish you all the best

Thanks a lot for ur suggestion. Will act accordingly. Yeah now I realize it was mistake on my part. I should have done all that beforehand and then apply for extension. But thanks a ton for ur valuable advice. Hopefully, will get it right this time around. God bless u!

My time line is as below,

Original VO- NDVO (Don't Know. It is should be because I have not received any update )
Application Received- 17th Oct 2014
PER- 21st Jan 2015
NOC - 2172

I got married on 30th Jan 2015. I have sent all the necessary documents ( Marriage Certificate, Photos, Application Forms, DD, Cover latter, Photographs etc.) to CIC as there is an amendment in my marital status. I have not received any intimation. I also wrote to CIC to know about my file status couple of weeks back but did not hear anything from them yet. I really do not know what to do now please guide me.

Dear karamjeeet, I have done my medicals from Dr. U.S. Sidhu Clinic - Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana. It took me about 3 hours to complete the same. Please note following points for completing your medicals from Sidhu's clinic -

1. Phone number of clinic is 0161 - 245 0340. Call them and take an appointment. They will probably give you appointment date of 2 days ahead from the date of calling them.
2. Take your original passport, 4 photos, Medical Form, and 2 photocopies of your passport bio pages.
3. Also take your previous medical history reports with you.
4. Make sure to take an appointment of 08:30 AM in the morning. This is because you will be finished with your medicals latest by 11:00 AM.
5. Do not consume alcohol, smoke, fried spicy and fast foods. Intake lots of water before reaching clinic for medicals.
6. Make sure to carry sufficient cash along with you. (About Rs 6000 in case of single applicant and about Rs 15000 in case of 2 or more applicants).

Hope this will help you in preparing for your medicals bro.
