I got mail yesterday from warsaw office that they will email the medical forms in 48 hours. They also asked for RPRF,FBI PCC and passport copies. Do they normally send the medical forms like this? It's been only 12 hours now,so I need to wait. Should I book appointment for medical now only. How to submit the FBI PCC:scan and email or post it to them? And how many pics and what other documents should I take when going for medical?

Yes, wait for the Medical forms to come. Booking your appointment right now or later is your call. You can do it at your convenience.

WVO requires original copy of PCC i.e. the hard copy. I sent it to them by email, but they replied back asking for originals. Therefore, send the original PCC to them.

You need to take three photographs of each family member for medical exam. (To be on the safer side, carry one or two extra)

Yes you can book appointment for Medicals. saves on time.

in the meantime get the rest of the documents ready. you dont need to send Hard copies of documents unless specifically asked or in the mail.

For medicals you would need to take a copy of the letter / form that comes in the email,

1. Passport Original.
2. Copy of the Bio Pages of the Passport.
3. 2 Photos (Recent) in case the Facility is not e-enabled.
4. Credit card or cash for Payment. the fee at Max delhi is 4100 per adult and 1700 per child below 11 (I think) extra 3100 if you have a Tattoo.

Dont Hide anything, let te Doctor decide what is Important or major illness and what is minor illness.

Even if VO considers your son's passport as valid, the problem will be your visa (all members in the application) will be valid till the expiry of your son's passport which will give you a limited window to plan and actually land in canada. I suggest you renew your son's passport. Now a days if there is no change in address the passport is generally renewed within weeks time. I got my son's passport renewed in 7 days.

I am going to wait for their answer till today evening. Else I will apply for renewal of passport tomorrow.

My son's case is different as he born in UK and hence they said that the renewal process will be through RPO not through PSK. In such case I am not sure how much time they will take to renew.

Is it still ok to renew passport after having PPR? Any one has come across such situation? Plz advice.
