FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

I had my medical tests at Appollo hosp, ahmedabad today.

they just gave me one receipt and told me I have to send that to visa office.

But in mail from visa office I got one form IMM1017 which they did not give me back.

I am confused do I have to send the form IMM1017 which I got from visa office mail?
or do I have to send the medical test receipt from Appollo?

pls guide.

Ideally you should have got the signed copy of IMM1017 back. Just check with the hospital.

Even in case you dont get it, its ok to send the receipt only. Because results/reports will be uploaded directly by the hospital

Hi All, I just received a mail stating documents required before medical request, it also states that medical mail will be sent with in 2days ...is it normal or wat...never heard anyone getting this mail prior to Mr...
Please suggest what is it

If the mail requests for Passport copies, rprf fee and/or PCC, then yes its an MR mail. medical form will be sent within 48 hours through another mail. Congrats

Received PPR.....

But it says that passport must be valid for six months. My son's passport is valid till 24 November 2015.

So it is sort of 2 to 3 days in terms of 6 month definition. if they consider 180 days equal to 6 months then it is valid for 184 days (still in deadline).

what should be done? I have raised CSE but they may take some time to get back.

Even if VO considers your son's passport as valid, the problem will be your visa (all members in the application) will be valid till the expiry of your son's passport which will give you a limited window to plan and actually land in canada. I suggest you renew your son's passport. Now a days if there is no change in address the passport is generally renewed within weeks time. I got my son's passport renewed in 7 days.

By the grace of Jesus Christ I received my PPR today.

I want to know if we have to book an appointment to go to VFS BANDRA office.

I am Going with 2 photographs and the original passport.

DO i have to carry any additional identity proof

any idea, how in how much time we get our passports back if we submit it at Delhi?

I have two months to travel to Aus. Just done with my medicals. Hence calculating if i need to ask VO to change my stamping location from Delhi to Australia.

Congrats vin19, I have few questions regarding documentation to be sent related to MR email,

1. The "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" receipt mentions "Please print two copies of this receipt, send one to Citizenship and Immigration Canada and keep one
for your records."

2. Also the RPRF acknowledgement email mentions as last line "Your case processing centre will only accept a printout of the official receipt as proof of payment ".

It seems to me that a hard copy need to be sent to Warsaw office by courier. Since I am not asked to submit PCC, I was thinking to send all documents including the RPRF receipt by email only.



Please suggest if I need to send a hard copy of RPRF receipt by courier (I strongly feel I should send hard copy by courier).

I emailed only scanned copy of RPRF fee receipt and i have got PPR. So no need to send the hard copy. You can very well save courier charges

You would have 30 days from date of PPR to submit PP to NDVO, along with any necessary items like 2 Photos, details of MA and dependant.

Hi,

I got mail yesterday from warsaw office that they will email the medical forms in 48 hours. They also asked for RPRF,FBI PCC and passport copies. Do they normally send the medical forms like this? It's been only 12 hours now,so I need to wait. Should I book appointment for medical now only. How to submit the FBI PCC:scan and email or post it to them? And how many pics and what other documents should I take when going for medical?

yes, it is normal. Wait till 48 hours, if your do not receive mail with MR forms then write back to VO.

Just received PPR request from WVO, stating passports to be submitted to NDVO through VFS or meeting in person.

Application: 30 september
PER: 12 Jan
AOR: 24 Feb
Processing Started: 8 April
Medical Request: 14 April
Medicals & Rprf submitted: 6 May
DM & PPR Email Rcvd: 26 May today
