You may go for UPS. They have got a service called UPS Express service. If you inward your package on or before 8 pm 20/05/15, it will reach by 22/05/15 10:30 am.

Charges are 3136 rupess. If you call 1800 22 7171, and register a pick up, you will get 20% discount and UPS guy will collect courier from your place. Net cost, rupees 2509.

Hi Friends!! I got my MR on May 09, 2015 and conducted medicals on May 19, 2015 at Dr. U.S. Sidhu's clinic - Ludhiana. Everything went fine and we were set to go back home at 12:30 PM. :)

The MR e-mail which I received on May 09, 2015 read as follows -

"Dear Applicant :

If you do not receive the separate instructions within 48 hours or if you have any difficulties opening the attached documents, please advise us by reply to this email.

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

- Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee for yourself and your spouse (if applicable), if it has not already been paid. The amount is $ 490 CAD per person. Kindly follow the links below for information on payment of fees:

FEE SCHEDULE: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp

HOW TO PAY: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp?

Please comply with the above mentioned requirements within 30 days from today. If this deadline is not met, your application will be assessed based on the information that was provided with your application and your application could be refused.

Please note: A change in your family composition may affect the processing requirements and processing time for your application. If you have, or anticipate having, a change in family composition (for example, marriage, divorce or expecting a child) you need to advise the visa office as soon as possible of this change.

Now my query is what do I need to send to Warsaw VO? Is it just RPRF payment receipts or do I need to send medical receipts as well? Any help from seniors will be highly appreciated :)

Dear barry03!!! I sent my passport copies (36 pages duly notarized) and original PCC at the time of filing application. That's why they didn't ask me to provide the same second time. :)

I have been provided bills for conducting basic checkup, x-ray and urinalysis and blood test. In terms of medical receipts, I have been provided with a e-medical form mentioning my picture, passport number and Unique IME number on it. However, the "COMMENTS" section on e-medical from is left blank as doctor told me that they will fill it up once all the results are received and are positive.

Now please help me by advising what I need to send to Warsaw (hard + soft copies) for further processing my application. :)

Scan the e-medical forms received from hospital and RPRF receipt with filled in details and e-mail them. No need to send hard-copies.
