FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hello All,

I got my medical request or PPR1 as a few of us call it, on 8th-9th May 2015,
I got my e-medicals done at Panchsheel Max on 14th May 2015, and as asked by CIC, also got my passport copies scanned and emailed them (soft copies) to my visa office (they asked me to pay the RPRF Fee, send the scanned copies of the passport and to get the medicals done).

Now what all I have done is,
1. Got the e-medicals done,
2. Scanned my valid passport,
3. Paid the RPRF Fee using a Credit Card,
4. Sent the soft copies of the passport, medical reciept (3 pages including the bill) + soft copy of the RPRF receipt along with the email.

Am I done with it ? or there is something I didn't do ?

It was written on the RPRF slip that the hard copy / print out only will be considered as a valid proof.
What does that mean?

I would suggest send everything through a courier as well. I did that. Don't think emailing everything is enough. I got my TLU after day of my courier reaching.
Put a cover letter in the courier, your medical receipt, your payment receipt, photocopies of all your passport pages. Send the courier through a good company like DHL.

Hey, any 15th Dec or nearby applicants has recieved MR or PPR ?. On what basis does warsaw VO works ?.. how many days does it take to recieve the MR request from AOR ?? any idea guys... waiting really kills...future is still not clear...

No one knows the working style of warsaw VO...b'coz many people like me whose second line updated in april are waiting for MR... It comes between 0 to 60 days after SLU.

Medical Exp' - Max Mohali

Step 1: Take Prior appointment (they follow proper appointment schedule)
Step 2: Reach 10-20 mins in advance to your time
Step 3: Take along Xerox of First and Last page of passport of each (page which contain picture, name (first) and address (last) - "2 copies", IMM form (medical form which we get in mail from CIC), Original Passport.
Step 4: Reach Radiology Department Reception and inform them that you are for medical, they will ask for passport to enter into their database, after that they will ask you to pay fees and then provide you to receipt.
Step 5: Go to "immigration" counter on the back of Reception, they will take xerox of passport, payment receipt (which you just did) and again enter data into their system, during this step they will take your photograph too (and ask you to sign declaration then get it scanned from reception). Then they will handover you a document and ask you to visit PHP room for blood and urine sample (for adults) and only urine sample for kids.
Step 6: In PHP room they will take your document and ask you to wait, after few mins they will give you bottles for urine sample (do it and give it back), then again after few mins they will ask you to come for blood sample (they will check your passport in original). After blood sample you are done with PHP area. Go back to "immigration" desk.
Step 7: They will inform you to go into "immigration" room, in immigration room, they will take your vitals - weight, height, blood pressure, heart beat, eyes. then you are done with this area, go back to "immigration" desk.
Step 8: Immigration desk people will ask you to go for cloth change as you have to wear dress provided by hospital. Change your clothes and come back. Then you will wait for call for X-ray, after few mins they will call your name and get X-ray done. Back to "immigration" desk
Step 9: Immigration desk people will ask you to visit doctor already assigned to you sitting in PHP area with room number. Doctor will ask your about history, check eyes etc then you are good to go. back to immigration desk
Step 10: Submit your form to Immigration desk people and they will provide you e-enabled form with your picture and other details printed.

You are done with medical.
Suggestions: Take appointment of working days (it will take less time), take appointment in morning slot as everyone is energetic to work fast. You can have your breakfast and need not to worry.

Overall it was great experience as everyone is very supportive and helpful

Hi all, i am new to this forum. I have applied on 4th dec and per-23rd feb, aor-16 th mar, and recieved a mail on 14 apr asking additional docs " marriage questionnaire" with marriage certificate and photos of ceremony along with passpor copies, pcc, rprf, . But dont have any about " marriage questionnaire" . Who needs to fill this and which form ? They did not attached any form in yhe mail..kindly suggest..its urgent

Dear Chahal/Indian Friends,

I am getting crazy each time I read that December guys get tensed because they didn’t receive MR.
Warsaw is not a slow VO, in fact it is now one of the fastest VOs especially for Indian applicants, you are truly very lucky. The most Warsaw applicants from other countries cannot even dream about this speed.
120 days from PER and 100 days from AOR for me and yet no sign of update. The worst thing is that according to the trend I will have to wait for another 50-70 days to receive my second line.

have you received AOR, I am dec 22 applicant rcvd PER on 10th march but no AOR yet...
