Okay, got that.... so the medical request is sent after eligibility checks completion, is it sent after misrepresentation completion? Basically what i am trying to ask is, after medicals the only thing remaining is criminality and security right? misrepresentation and eligibility is done with

Dear Al_Safaniyah123,

Misrepresentation is a part of admissibility checks and has nothing to do with your eligibility. Eligibility check are usually conducted pretty fast because VO simply checks the completeness of your package and recounts your points but at this stage the VO does not check whether all information provided by you is true or whether you hid something from them. Medical, Security/criminality and HIRV are also part of admissibility checks. However, if medical request is usually sent right after the completion of eligibility, the rest of admissibility checks can start after many months and this is the thing that we experience at this moment.
All I have stated above is the classic sequence but the exact order depends on visa office and on your luck 

We can expect PPR's from WVO only after CVO stops issuing PPR's...

CVO has issued 20 PPR's in a week time....after a gap of 2- 3 months...

We have to wait till CVO finishes off its work..

Hope that happens soon bro. Warsaw is issuing PPR to EE applicants. Just saw one get a PPR on 21 January.

cant we call directly to warsaw on given phone numbers on site to ask about our application?

Did anyone else notice that the processing time for FSW applications is still 13 months but for EE it is shown as 15 months? I personally think it may be a typo. If it isn't a typo, i hope they process our applications quicker since EE is delayed too

Do not focus on the processing time since it is the average processing time of the files already processed, in other words, it is the data of the past and will not extrapolate to the future. The 13 months will not decrease under any circumstances.

It may sound pretty odd but as long as VOs are silent the 13 months will remain unchanged and when they start issuing PPRs the number will increase rapidly.

When you did upfront medicals, did the VO send you medical request after that? Have they asked you for RPRF payment or any additional documents since?
PM me with misrepresentation details if possible.

Hi
hi friend
Is there any difference between background check review n completion
As I got the following email from wvo

Dear Applicant,

Please be advised that the processing of your application is pending background check completion. You will be contacted as soon as we are in a position to communicate further requirements or final decision.

Kind Regards,

Hi Kam 123,

It's just the selective wordings which immigration officers use. I think it means the same.

Guys,

Chill yaar, still you people are in very good position when compared to SGVO or LVO speed. Could you believe few MAY -2014 applicants are in Q for medicals here and good number of

July applicants are in lounge for next update. So enjoy your time in India, its matter of time.

Cheers,
Yameen

Dear Yameen, the situation here is no different, Medicals from May/June/July/August/September/October/November are still waiting for DM/PPR, and applicants from December 2014 are still awaiting Medical request

Dear Kam123,

Based on terminology I believe,

1) Under Background check completion: The file is yet to complete its background Check
2) Under Background Check review: The file has completed its background check but review is under process
3) Under Background Check final review: The file has completed its background check and Review also, it is either pending for final review or is under process of final review.

Please note that the above points are only my assumptions, they may not be true also.. We are not sure of pattern our files are getting processed... Never know your file may receive PPR before us..

Regards

Were you asked to do a remedical in November? Or was it for a newborn child

Yes, it was a medical furtherance, no new born child.
