Hey,
Finally landed at Calgary International Airport on 21st July 1330hrs. Immigration was a breeze so do customs. The time taken was mainly in queue. By 4pm we were out of Airport and in an hour at our hotel booked online in advance. Got an accommodation too today.
Got final line update also today.
Hope everyone got their update sooner.

Hi, what all documents do they check? What about funds? Do all the members need to land together who are part of application?

Dear Seniors. I am thinking to get rid of my consultant who is based out at Canada. His email and mail address are updated on my application form so the PPR mail will come to him first. I have paid him half of his fee through his India counterpart with whom I signed a contract, rest they shall demand on success of the case, at what stage that is not specified in the contract. They are big time jokers, never respond on time, in fact delayed my file by three weeks due which I landed in WVO, would have process by NDVO by now I believe.

u waiting for Mr? Got my slu in 11 April and no MR Yet.well m from 1123 but still no luck,and then there are many more from diff nocs who are waiting for their MR since April

Hi yes i have resigned.I have sent my docs.No response.just an automated mail which says that ur email has been received by vo,n u mite not get any reply in response.

I re-submitted the photographs as per specifications to VFS, though the VO didn't ask for it.
It seems they don't check for completeness immediately after receiving the passport.

Hi,

I had submitted my passport for visa stamping, but forgot to write studio address behind the photo, though I knew that it should be written. I am not sure how did I miss it.
I took the photo from VFS itself.

Will it cause any problem for visa stamping?

I applied via international express and got it in 5 days

I got COPR and VISA just now. In COPR Letter I can see watermark of "Not valid for travel" written, is it normal?

Its Normal, even my PPR says same.

It means you cannot travel ONLY with this document , one surely needs a Passport.

Fairu i think you should go for gcms..coz its been more than 100 days after slu

Koi fayda ni gcms as they have standard set of things to say,file is pending for review.All those who have applied got almost the same report.it takes around one month to get gcms. So I prefer to wait.
