Hi,

I 'm one of the unfortunate people who didn't make it within this year CAP, as far as I know I should get my application back.
When should I expect it back, I didn't get any communication from CIC yet!
Should I follow up on it or it is usual for such procedure to take a long time?

I wouldn't bother following up right now. Based on previous years, it will take some time. I think you'll be waiting another few months before you receive your application back.

It has been almost 3 months since the cap was filled, I didn't get any communication from them.
I' trying to call CIC number 001-888-242-2100 but it seems to be down every time.
Is there any email address for such enquirers, I have been searching on CIC URL on any way to contact them with no success.

Any idea!!
