kami din 8 yrs kami PR abroad, pero need pa din mag PDOS when we decided to go for a vacation sa Pinas then to CA. Ibang country ibang PDOS.

I am not really sure about the requirements, pero alam ko COPR, Visa, and of course Passport. Check their website.

I remember that time, nagbook ako ng appointment kahit wala pa ako sa Pinas.

HTH.

I'm pretty sure it's like the old process wherein you submit the documents and when approved, the consul will request for medicals. ON :)

Hi, the PDOS required for immigrants is administered by the Commission of Filipinos Overseas (CFO) and differs from PDOS that you attend as OFW under the POEA agency. You and your spouse need to attend, as well as children 13 (or 15?) years old. Check na lang their website for the age cut-off for dependents required to
attend the PDOS. You need to bring original and photocopies of COPR and visa/passport. They will put a stamp on your visa as proof that you have attended the PDOS. You cannot leave the country as first time immigrants without the stamp. Payment is P400 per person. Pls bring the passport/visa of your child not required for PDOS as they will include in the stamping. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Thank you for the information... May PDOS din ba sa probinsya like for instance in Davao...? Para hindi na sana hassle sa amin ang pumunta ng Manila just for PDOS...

Thanks sa magrereply nito..

God bless

Hi! Am dec 2014 applicant and was anxious like you last month but luckily, got my MR on jan 21. So a bit relieved. hkvo ako sis. Wala ka bang natanggap na additional document request or paying rprf since u reveived ur PER? I think ypu should raise a CSE or request GCMS notes. Check the CIC website on how to do them. Hope this feb.,meron ka nang update.

Hello, thanks sa reply. Congrats to you... Sige I'll try to raise a CSE if next month wala pa rin. Thanks much somehow relieved na ako w/ your feedback..Goodluck and God Bless..
