There's only one affiliated clinic, Nationwide. Cebu Doc is no longer serving med exams for Canada.

Be there before 7am, have your name listed on guard's logbook. No appointment needed. The clinic opens at 8 am. You will finish before noon. Before going home, the staff will inform you of your urine, blood, and x-ray results.

Be sure to prepare:
1. Medical certificate for existing medical conditions, if applicable.
2. MMR vaccine certificate.
3. 2 passport-sized photo
4. Photocopy and orig pp
5. The medical forms
6. Cash

di po ba dapat passport should not be expiring within 6 months? I think March 2016 is already 4 months before july 2016. Just wondering

Yes you're correct but I'm planning to extend my passport after the visa stamped. Is it okay with the immigration, d ba tau magka ka problem noon?

Hi cadream, hopingmaple is right. Pwede kang mag travel 6 months bago mag expire ang passport mo or else sa manila immigration pa lang hndi ka na papayagang makaalis pag 5 months below expired na. Policy yon sa lahat ng passports. Better pa renew mo na ang passport mo kahit nasa old passport mo ang visa mo makakaalis ka pa rin nman Congrats!

Wanted to share this. Was once in Guam of this year, and saw old grandpa from Singapore, I guess he's going to USA, kaso lang di sya pinapasok sa gate (sa airline na mismo na gate) kasi daw yong passport nya is expiring in few months (6 months or less). kawawa talaga lolo talaga, di talaga sya naka alis.

Yon lang gusto ko e share. My point is, baka kasi makalusot ka sa isang destination then somewhere in between meron mag check ulit baka di na makalusot. kaya just wanted to share this experience.

Or got an idea, maybe kelangan mo lang umalis at least 6 months before mag expire passport mo, like instead of March, maybe December of this year para sure. in that way, no worries about the passport expiring within 6 months. then pa renew kana lang pag nasa Canada na kayo. just my 2 cents

Hello po! Baka po meron taga Davao po dito na di pa ng PDOS and planning to land soon. Ng email kc ako sa cfo and ang reply nila meron dw MOBILE PDOS S DAVAO THIS NOVEMBER PERO we have to wait lng po dw ng details na ipopost s website nila. And as of today wala pa nmang details. Sana tlga mgkaroon s davao pra no need na to fly to manila or cebu pra mejo mkabawas dn ng additional gasto s byahe. Hihi. Baka po meron ditong tga DAVAO o basta Kababayan and planning to Land soon sa toronto or scarborough, ako po ay sa January 2016 mglaland sa Toronto, ontario. Sana mkpag network tau. HI Guys, just want to share this good news.. DFA cebu announced today that expedite processing of passport are back- 10 working days processing for cebu and 7 working days processing for DFA Manila.
