Hi to all and sa mga noc 0113. Just want to share that I got my TLU today.

But may question lang po kasi they are requiring me a police clearance of taiwan kaya lang 4-6 weeks ang processing and according to CEM within 30 days dapat ma comply na namin mga requirements together with the police clearance or else pwedeng ma refuse application.

Thanks!

Hi sa mga Seniors. Can I ask some help regarding sa additional requirements namin. According to CEM We need to comply all the requirements within 30 DAYS but yung spouse ko kasi needs to obtain a Taiwan Police Clearance. Here is the scenario:

(My spouse flew to Manila kanina para i-secure agad yung Taiwan Police Clearance sa MECO, 4 weeks daw talga ang Expedite. wala na yung 2 weeks) But they gave a Certificate saying that "My spouse is seeking assistance to MECO for securing a police record certificate from Taiwan.... and will be released immediately upon receiving the police clearance. After this, my spouse went to VFS (ecopark bldg. Chino Roces) and inquire na din if they will allow and consider our situation since within 30 days nga lang yung pag comply or else they will refuse our application. according to VFS, embassy pa rin daw magdedecide if they will extend it. So di rin nasagot ng VFS kung pwede talga ma extend yung 30 days. it's clear naman nagtake effort din kami to secure the said additional clearance. Pinapa email na lang samin yung Certificate ng MECO and yung page ng MECO that it shows na 4-6 weeks ang processing time ng police clearance. Kaya lang di naman agad nagrereply ang CEM and within 28 days din ata bago sila magreply and the time is ticking.

Baka may pwedeng makapag comment and share some inputs sa case namin to enlighten us.

Thanks!

Hello. Good luck sa atin at God bless :)

Meron po.

Processing Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) applications received on or before December 31, 2014
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/econ/fsw/index.asp?v=pre

GLOBAL FSWP 2014 Sheet: http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Spreadsheet
PINOY FSWP Sheet 2014: http://tinyurl.com/PinoyTracker2014

May conviction talaga ang response mo blindvia! :D

Kahit pa ang lahat ng na-declare sa application is the truth nothing but the truth. :D

Hello. I just saw today that I have these updates: 1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 29, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on April 13, 2015.
3. We transferred your application to the Manila office on March 29, 2015. The Manila office may contact you. Do they call your cellphone? I was recently out of town and didn't bring my phone. I'm concerned that they may have been trying to call me when my phone was turned off. When can I expect the MR? It is sent via email or snail mail or do they call you first. Thanks in advance for your advice.

hi yimindaojianada. di ako sigurado sa process pagobtain ng police clearance sa Taiwan, but base sa kwento mo eh seems you have done everything to comply and meet the deadline. i think if valid naman talaga ung reason and really beyond your control, i think you can just email CEM directly to explain and ask for extension, just make sure you provide evidence and documents to support your claim. sa mga nabasa ko dati eh seems considerate naman ang CEM to situations na di talaga maiwasang may konteng delay. i did email CEM twice dati and so far in a week or so eh i got my reply, ngemail ako nun directly to MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca instead of via case specific inquiry (link below). hope this helps po and don't worry too much, you're halfway there.. :)

yup, tumatawag po ata sila sa mobile pro tatawag namn cgro sila ulit sa yo if they really need to speak with you. MR is usually sent via email, and with your third line you can expect MR to come very soon. congrats po sa third line nyo and sa lahat na rin po na may mga updates!! God bless!

mga sir at mam, may tanong lang po ako...i sent 4 separate emails sa CEM, only two have been confirmed...need ko pa bang i-resend ulit yung 2 emails na hindi na confirmed?

to everyone else in this forum, any opinion regarding required length of stay once we become PR of Canada pra mkpgapply for citizenship? for example, mkaalis ako ng november 2015? when pwd uli umuwi ng Pinas and ilang years of stay pra mging citizen? dapat b continuous?

sorry, just need to know kasi my sister is getting married next year December 2016 and gusto nya ako umuwi pra andun ako sa wedding nya. kya i just need to know the specifics. thank you.

and one more thing, when can we sponsor our family members? like sister, etc.?

Hi! So pwede ka umuwi. Ideally 4 years continous. Dapat daw macomplete mo 4 years of stay within 6 years and 183 days physically present in Canada every year. Please verify my info. Yun yung sabi ni ate. Congrats sa sister mo and to you as well.
