I think logic here is that you do not have criminal records using your correct and incorrect middle name.

June 29 - nag-email si CEM to follow-up NBI clearance using the "incorrect middle name"
June 30 - I sent the document to CEM via Air21. (Thanks sa NBI na pumayag sa RUSH na request ko). Nag-reply rin ako sa email ni CEM that I just sent the document.
July 2 - base sa shipment tracking, delivered to Ric na yung document.

July 13 - nag-reply si CEM stating that they are aware na nagkaron ng amendment sa middle name ko. At the same time, THEY ARE STILL FOLLOWING UP ON THE SUBMISSION OF NBI CLEARANCE WITH INCORRECT MIDDLE NAME.

Ang inaalala ko ngayon ay bakit kaya nagfofollow-up pa rin sila eh naipasa ko na nung July 2. Magse-send ba ako ulit? Ndi kaya nareceive ni Visa Officer yung pinadala ko na nareceive ni Ric?

Ok, iankay07.

So now, you will be applying for the PCC of the incorrect name now and submit it as soon as possible. Even if you have the AKA in the other PCC, they still need a separate report from NBI that the other name is clear. That will take a bit longer coz surely there is a hit.

This happened to me. Exactly the same although not the middle name but the omission of 1 first name with an annotation from the NSO. I submitted the 2 separate reports immediately and was accepted.
