Help po nung nagka MR po ako ito po yung isang nirerequire nila.

ask ko po kung talaga po bang isesend sa kanila yung passbook? or xerox lang po ba ito? May nkaexperience po ba sa inyo ng ganito?

Sa mga nagtataka bakit may 2 parts ang medical namin - ito po ay dahil kinailangan kong tapusin ang 2weeks para makapag-PT ako before ng vaccine.
Nawa ay konting antay na lang at dumating na rin ang PPR namin. Sa ngayon, kahit may 3rd line update na ay medyo kabado pa rin ako gawa ng ndi kami nakapagpasa ng PCC from KSA para sa asawa ko. Sa halip ay nagpasa lang kami ng request letter na i-waive...
