Question lang po sa mga may visa na.

Kung may spouse po kayo na sasama sa canada at gusto din magwork kelan ang best time na magpacredential assessment? Before or after landing po ba?
Thank you :)

Who here has received a letter from Embassy inviting them for a free pre-departure orientation seminar, or, Canadian Orientation Abroad (COA)? I want to get experience from those who have PPR na. did you get this letter for COA then soon after, your PPR?

Wala pa ako PPR and I have been searching online for indication na may approved visa na ako, saw this sa CIC website..

1.2.1 Canadian orientation abroad
COA was first introduced in 1998 and provides pre-departure orientation to assist individuals who have been accepted for immigration to Canada in preparing for their move to Canada and to facilitate their integration into Canadian society. COA is currently delivered on behalf of CIC by the International Organization for Migration (IOM),

This is what I have been looking for. I am actually really excited to announce my impending departure. Its sad to say I feel so tired here already, and I am eager to start off my new life in another country. Gumagawa na nga ako ng aking mi ultimo adios for my beloved country - but I feel its too late, too soon.

Hi polarburr... i got the invitation as well last june 9, then PPR followed after a week (june 16).... lapit na rin ppr mo my dear, keep the faith... ☺

Hello can we pay Rprf using debit card? Thank you in advance sa sasagot. At saka wala nang form form yung RPRF? Derecho bayad na Lang?

Hi baluyot0910

As far as I know MVO a never send AOR ung ibang VO yes like SGVO. But I received AOR directly from CIO

"Following the CIO AOR, your file will be forwarded to the visa office in Manila for processing. Typically, Manila will not issue an acknowledgement letter to inform us that they have received a file. Instead, in most cases, an applicant will receive a request to undergo medical examinations"

Hope the above helps

Hi noeltheonlyone

I don't have visa yet but since you are waiting for an answer this is my take...on my own opinion it's is ideal to get it done before landing. For simple reasons

(1) time is of the essence
(2) to save some $$

This is based on my experienced processing my WES as a main applicant and I learnt my lessons..

As per my Uni there's two types of charges and it is much cheaper if I personally go to their office & process the request if not the charges will be almost triple times because it is in USD.

Save time, I never knew that they allow the alumni to send the sealed completed form via their preferred courier ..only thing is I need to indicate my Uni & it's address on the sender portion.

It took weeks..more than a month before it reaches WES was fed up calling them & chasing...they used normal post which there's no tracking number.

So due to the above we will process my hubby's WES as early as possible.
