I am simply touched by your sincere excitement and happiness as if it's your own. Natutuwa naman ako sa inyo talaga. Maraming-maraming salamat sa lahat.

It's a really such a good idea that we see each other here or in Canada wherever we are. That's what they did initiated by Arcflash in Malaysia. Looking forward to this in the near future coz we are leaving one by one and before we know it we are all in Canada. It's nice to meet here and meet there again...

Actually, we want to pay the consultant already so we can have the medicals done but since the consultant said we wait for the email of their office for the instructions on payments, we cannot move. Hoping they send it tonight and we can receive the forms before the weekend so we can have it done earliest on Monday May 25.

Oo jewel_ricci, ang tagal nga ng sa aming update. Buti nakita ko itong forum na ito; then, I sent several CSE & nagulit sa consultant. Kaya siguro nagka 2nd update kami. If not, baka wla pa aking updates till now. Thank you for all your help.

The MVO mail came to them on May 19 but we receive consultant's mail on May 21 - in trickles. Parang MVO dati... Well, at least ot's here na and I want to bury all those behind and look forward. Now, we have our lives back...

Sorry for the late reply, jewel_ricci. We have no yaya kaya ako ang yaya ngayon. Soo tired doing chores at home. Found myself sleepy na after. But I had to send email to our consultant for the payment instructions.

The email of the MVO was all along with the consultant kasi siguro hindi namo-monitor closely & or madaming pang ibang ginagawa ang case manager or wahtever reasons I cannot understand. Siguro loaded sa clients, nevertheless, it should not be that way. If they cannot handle them all very well, don't accept that much.

Pero yung MR Forms, yung ang hindi pa na email sa amin kasi hindi pa nga bayad yung last payment namin. As soon as confirmed na daw ang payt, saka ipadala sa amin. Kaso we cannot pay kasi sabi wait daw namin yung email ng accounting dept nila for the instructions.

We were waiting for it and it's getting late na, so I emailed them about this. Sabi ko, "hindi na namin need to follow up ito. Bakit wala pa?"

Actually, I requested that they monitor us kasi baka andyan na yung payment di pa nila nasend ang forms. We paid at around past 12am na kasi kaka send lang sa amin. I sent an email to knock their heads na andyan an ang payt. But no emails from them. I re-sent my email message.

Suddenly, nagising ako ng 2am but there was still no message from them. I woke at nearly 5 am but no mail pa din. I called but the case manager daw ay hindi pumasok, I asked for her manager who was included in the loop of my email. Sabi ni receptionist, " Please call again tomorrow because there is no one here anymore it's 5:00pm now." Oh gosh! grabeeee na itohhh!!!

Dapat pwde na kami maka mddicals this morning eh... Sayang yung araw na nagdadaan... I hope there is very good reason for this delay. I leave this up to God.

congrats again QueenAngel. btw, what's your agency/consultant. ng-agency din kasi ako e. ano ung pending n bbyaran mo? consultancy fee? kaya ndi nla inemail agad syo MR??

Yup.. once makuha nyo na yung visa nyo pwede kayo magpunta sa branch ng hdb para magfile ng appeal.. samen kase mas preferred namen na isurrender nalang yung flat kesa ibenta pa sa market... para din mas mabilis kame makaalis instead na magantay pa ng buyer at magbayad pa upfront ng malaking seller stamp duty which in our case is 4% of the market price.

Dito kame sa bedok nakatira..

Lugihan kasi yung hdb market ngayon. pag binenta ngayon, lugi sa lugi.... sigh... ano po ba ang process ng pag surrender and any other fee aside from the stamp duty? and ilang percent ng cpf used will be given back to you? Appreciate your advise.. isa yan sa mga problema namin ngayon. lugi kami ng malaki pag ibebenta namin yung unit.

Hello sis I know that feeling...n experienced ko dn yn s knila malapit n submission ng applications as in kulang n lng d me matulog kakabantay Ng replies salitan kami ni hubby. Nagkataon p daming technical issues blah blah
Pero at anjan n nga c MR...u need to calm urself soon u need to get the doctor to examine u.

This is exactly how I feel. It feels like we are not welcome here. I even experience a situation where in a local (complete stranger in the MRT) was asking my husband why he was working here if he graduated with a bachelor's degree in the Philippines... my husband politely ignored, but the guy kept following my us insisting that we answer him... Freaky!!!
