Hi bluishriyah, same na same ung case natin. Tapos na namin ung medical last Oct 2014 kaso kelangan ipending ung application namin kasi nangnak lang ako last month (April 2015). May balak kasi kami umuwi ng Manila by JUNE but ang worry ko kung mag passport request ang Manila VO pag nsa Manila na kami, is how long mababalik ung passport namin? We need to fly back ng SG on September. How long mo nakuha ung passport mo from the time na cinourier mo to to Manila VO?
Hello jinjin, hindi p nabalik s amin ung passports, MVO received it on 5 May then kaka-DM lng namin last 15 May. Based dun s isang member dito, 3 weeks daw bumalik s kanila ung passports nila, same case natin dito rin cla nakabased then s MVO pinadala ung passport. PPR stage nb kayo? If not yet, kelan nareceived ng MVO ung medical results nyo?

eto yung nakalagay sa loob nung attachment nung unang email in all capital letters..

"Your medical forms and instructions will be sent separately to the same email address within 72 hours"

Thank you kaythrielle! Samin kasi walang nakalagay eh, kaya nagworry ako. Anyway, thanks po ng marami sa reply! :(

Hi TreYke, pero I have only like a medical result. I dont have any abstract nor prognosis because that was like 20 years ago.. I dont even have a clear memory on it at this point. :).

hI stitchibiz, i called the cebu doc earlier and yes they confirmed that they need all papers that I can submit (medical cert, abstract, prognosis of the doctor who operated me) but told me that was 20 years ago. I dont know if the doctor is still alive :-). They told me nalang to bring what I have on hand and doctor will just evaluate me then.

Thanks again for the comments. You've been a great help.

No problem. :-)
Just incase maraming tao on your scheduled date, bring water and food lang and fan kasi medyo mainit sa waiting area. The sectary will also advice naman if incase after lunch pa yung doctor they will just inform to have lunch muna...no juice and softdrinks lang. Yun xray naman is you need to go to the hospital for the xray the secretary will just guide you naman. Bring also pens...you need to fill up redundant forms :-(

Good luck. :-)

Hello future canadians :)

Had anyone of you experienced a problem with their xrays or have heard anyone you know who went through a dilemma like say a scar (fibroma/granuloma) in their lungs upon medical? I underwent my xray today just to be ready anytime an email for medical request would be received.mand it says i have a granuloma. I consulted my pulmonologist and he said that it does not need any treatment anymore and that it would now be forever present.

I am just worried that this may lead to my rejection or might inflict a negative impact on my application.

Please help :(

Pareho tayo, parasafuture & kaythrielle.

PCC & some additional docs were requested without the MR.

Then it says somewhere in the letter, "We will notify you of next steps once we receive and assess your documentation."

We just submitted these docs this morning and we're waiting for the next mail by VO hopefully very soon - a couple of days from today.

You cannot secure PCC in SG, as they say you need a request from VO for that.

Relax, parasafuture...

Hello everyone!

For those who are applying from Singapore using MVO, we received an email 'just now' (as in mainit init pa ;D) asking for Police Clearance but no request for Medical. Is this usual? Or maybe the officer forgot to attach letter for medical?

Just worried that we might miss our window here. Need advice if we can send medical together with the police clearance.

Thanks!

May additional lab tests ako kaya natagalan yung medical namin. Feb 25 namin nareceive yung medical pero since may ptb history ako, nirequire ako ng 3 day sputum afb at sputum culture kaya nagkaron ng 8 weeks delay.

Hi JayJas2007,

Saan po kayo nagpa medical? How many days after did the Hospital send the results to MVO?

Thanks.

I also underwent cxr a week prior to my medical exam and normal naman ung result so i confident to undergo medicals. Pero nung nagpa medical nako may findings and i was asked for another cxr lateral view same day. It took 5 days bago matapos ung medical ko, unlike sa iba 1 day lang. After 2 weeks pinadala na nila ung medical result ko. Im still waiting kung ano magiging reply ng embassy.

I have been reading past threads and sabi nila.. Ipapaculture daw yung sputum pag may doubts and that may take 6-8weeks.. Nakakafrustrate lang kasi.. Do you think i should declare it upon assessment or wait for the findings? Thanks for the reply :)

oo nga its so sad na baka madelay ung application natin. Honestly, I as well dont know what to do. Siguro magpa medical clearance ka na lang sa pulmonologist para in case na may findings sila, meron kang clearance. but i dont know if it would work. I was just surprised kasi lahat naman ng past cxr ko normal even ung xray result ko prior to my medical test and then biglang may findings...

Dear All,

Embassy is asking for personal history of my husband and sent me a form to fill out. Should I send supporting documents like employee contract aside and other proof. In the letter that they sent me wala naming instructions na ganun. any advise po.

In my case, Yes.

Although they didn't specify to provide any proof, I still sent them a copy of my COE since I had a role/position change after our submissions.

Thanks,
