May katanungan lang. Nagrereply ba ang CEM after maiemail yung RPRF official receipt? Sino po dito yung pinadala through email attachment lang? Kase may case dito dati na inattach lang sa email then di daw natanggap ng CEM Kelangan pa ba mag courier kahit nakapagpadala na through email attachment yung RPRF receipt? Nakalagay kase sa instruction na one channel lang.

Hello Arcflash! Email will do. We did this and it works! Just print and write down your application#, UCI# and name somewhere dun sa PDF para mabilis i-track ng CEM ang payment. Scan and rename the pdf document as instructed ng CEM. Then, email it sa CEM. Hope this help.

I am truly happy for those applicants who have already received their MR's, PPR's, and visas. Alam naman nating lahat kung paano nakakanerbyos at nakakatensyon ang paghihintay mula sa CEM. Congratulations!

And now I have read na may mga September applicants na nabibigyan na ng MR's, of course I am happy for them, nag pay off na ang paghihintay nila.

It just saddens me na may mga applicants ng May, June, July, and August (included ako dun), na wala pang MR nor 2nd line sa E-cas. :'(

It really makes me wonder kung paano ang pag-process ng applications ng CEM. ???

Kung merong word na mas nakahihigit sa "unpredicatable", baka yun.

We are also planning here to have the draft.
We will be following Ppmom's advice, very informative and helpful.
I'm sure this will also be helpful sa inyo ^_^

- open scotiabank account online (welcome package was sent via courier, took 2.5 weeks)
- get draft from bpi
- once in canada visit scotiabank to activate account & deposit bank draft

Note: bpi is tied up with scotiabank, no more holding period for the draft.
Compare to other banks It will take 42 working days for clearing period.
She also informed na sobrang convenient ng Scotiabank, she was given debit card and credit card agad2x.

I am very thankful kay Ppmom, it is very helpful information. ^_^

The only thing predictable sa cem is pag nalampasan ka sgurado hantay ka to the max. I feel ako malalampasan for sept. Ksi lahat na ata nag ka MR na ng sept. Ako nlnga ata sept app na Wala. So if cem will be consistent and predictable sa ginagawa is thag maghanhantay ako ng sobrang sobrang tagal bka 2016 Wala pa.

So predictable ang cem, once nilaktawan ka, move on move on muna sa buhay at wag ng masyadong umasa. Grab other opportunities na sigurado na.

Hi lexi, i know its easier said than done, pero antay antay lang. If it is any consolation, i have a friend na same noc ntin, halos 6mos from PER to MR. Per nov11 nr nya april23, july2 applicant xa. U can use this as basis,
