Thank you for sharing! So meaning hindi din reliable ang GCMS note?

I think it is reliable. What I am hearing from the person who called is not to interpret the GCMS notes on our own.

I personally think that theres no such this as "bawal mabuntis". Yes it will incur delay but rest assured, included ang baby mo sa application and it will not compromise your application or anything.

I actually have a friend who's also applying for FSW who was pregnant by the time she got her MR. Obviously, she had to wait to give birth to finish her x-ray and move forward with the medical and on top of that, move forward with her child's papers. She just gave birth and Its been 6 months I believe since she got her MR and now palang nag mo-move forward ule but its totally fine.

Key here is to inform CEM of your situation. I believe they will be understanding of this. I'm sure they have encountered more complicated scenarios than we could ever imagine so nothing is new to them.

I agree. Kami nga nainform lng ang CEM n pregnant ako nung time n nasubmit ng clinic ung result ng medical ko which is incomplete due to pregnancy. After that, I received an email from CEM stating kung ano anong forms and documents of my baby ang kelangan isubmit once lumabas n cia.

Oo Bro, I will...
Pro if d2 tayo kkuha ng bank draft (Citibank nmn kme), it means we also need to declare it prior to departure at SG....
I'm not sure kung anu ung restriction ng SG about dun eh...

Anyways Bro, update update n lng ulit tayo once meron tayo magather n clear info... :)

I think wala nman problem s SG kc may supporting document nman why you're bringing bank draft going back to Pinas. I'm planning to get from POSB as well, the max amt per draft is SGD10K or its equivalent to other currencies, so I believe the draft can be issued in CAD.

Hi bluishriyah! Thanks for the info! :)

Hi peachjay26

We have submitted our applications together with the proof of employment. It is one of the documents required.
Below are the list of documents that we have submitted for the above:
1. Detailed Certificate of Employment
-Need to be in company letterhead
-Registered complete company name
-Your designation/position
-employment date
-salary & benefits
-detailed job descriptions & responsibilities in accordance with your selected NOC
-to be signed by your immediate superior
2. Latest 6 months payslip
3. Employment Contracts
4. Letters (promotion letter etc) received from your employer. This will serve as your proof for any salary adjustments/bonuses you mentioned on your employment certificate/s

Eto ung nagpatagal sa documentation ko kasi hinagilap ko p ung mga dating employer ko and obviously hindi lahat mgbibigay ng detailed certificate of employment. Tapos ung iba shutdown n / liquidated so you need to have self declaration letter attached on it. May nabasa ako s forum if refused k ni employer with regards with the detailed COE pwede dw colleagues ang magsign cguro u need to state that as well n nakatrabaho mo sya...dates etc etc

Basta dapat lagueng my supporting ung mga sinasabi mo

Hope the above helps. Not sure if my nakalimutan pa akong ilagay

Wala sa akin.. it's an honest mistake talaga. Hindi ko inakala na naungkat nila yun just seeing sa birth cert ng 2nd baby ko. Yung 2nd child ko ang dineclare ko at accompanying. Yung 1st hindi. But still misrepresentation pa rin.
awww..sna maging ok lahat cguro need to consult a lawyer regarding that...hoping for the best!

Hi. good day everyone. Hus experiecing here that the CEM requires proof of employment? what documents u submitted? badly need ur help pls...thanks..

I submitted mine kasama ng application, sinubmit ko LNG Kung ano yung nasa checklist:
1. Original Reference letter in company letterhead with the info na stated sa checklist
2. Photocopy of employment contract
3. Promotion letter
4. Latest 3 months pay-slip

Then i had a job na di related sa NOC ko, so i am not claiming points for it, i just asked for a general certificate of employment (stated lang ang name ko, period of employment, position, salary). I still submitted COE sa job Kahit di related sa NOC ko para mag match dun sa history of activities ko pero di na ako nag submit ng Ibang proof pa.

After that, wala naman nang hiningi pa na other proof of employment.

However, In addition to reference letters, i think you can also send the ff as additional proof:
1. official internal letters/memos with your name on it,
2. certificates of achievement from your office (ex. Employee of the year award, etc),
3 training certificates,
4. photos at work,
5. if you have newspaper/magazine clippings na ni-recognize ka ng office nyo or press conference na nanjan ang name or photo mo, mas ok.
6. Photocopy of your ID (for present employment or Kung May copy ka pa for past employment, pwede din)
7. ITR, SSS, philhealth, pag-ibig fund na May nakalagay na name ng company mo and your name.

Hope this helps.

Good day! Pa help naman pls..
I paid the rprf online just this noon..until now wla pa ako nareceive na email receipt..normal lng ba to? Usually wen ba marereciv yon?
Thanks!
