Hello, what does 3rd line in ecas mean? Medical results have been received lang ba? Or pag may 3rd line na does it mean, natanggap na din nila ang additional docs like pcc/nbi? Thanks and God bless us all

Regarding Immunization record sa mga bata (alam ko kailangan yon during enrolment, kailangan maghanda in advance...hehe) may format po ba kailangan sundin..or pwede na ba yong kung ano lang yong kayang ibigay ng Doctor/Pedia with signature...baka my format kau na pwede rin naming gamitin...pa share po!

i think they only received your medical reports, kasi sa part namen nagkaroon kami ng 3rd line 2 days before i sent the additional documents to CEM.

By the way, kelangan ba pa mag inquire sa cem kung natanggap na nila additional docs and rprf receipt? Actually based from LBC, received by SG Beronia.. enough na ba na basis yun na received na?

no need to inquire kung received na sa CEM documents mo nakalagay sa MR letter na due to large volume na dumadating na documents sa office nila wala sila way na inform tayo. rely nalang sa LBC most packages si Security Guard Beronia ang tumatangap saken kasi twice siya lumitaw.
Ginawa ko ito dahil hindi ako nakatiis napadala ko package and ilang days ako nagaantay ng update then nagsend ako inquiry via case especific sa Manila, after 2 days tumawag sila saken informing me no need to call and medyo masungit nakausap ko. tatawag nalang daw sila kugg may additional na kelangan.
