We all have our own stories in search for greener pastures. The steps of going to Canada to fulfill our dreams. Ako naman magkuwento ng aking istorya. Kung paano ako napadpad na makakuha ng visa sa Canada.

In 2010, hindi rin kami pinalad na makakuha ng visa sa new zealand. Subok lang. Sabi ko ok lang, focus muna sa trabaho naming mag-asawa dito sa pinas after all ok naman kami dito sa kanya kanya naming kompanya.

Dumating ang 2013, nagplano kami na mag apply naman sa australia. Hired an agent at ang sabi basta makakuha ako ng 7 in all bands sa ielts, kumpletuhin namin dokumento, sure makakaalis kami. Nakumpleto ko documents after 4 months,lahat including skills assessment sa authorized body nila. Ayun tapos hintay hintay lang.

Dumating ang 2014, may dumating sa email ko na immigration expert ata yun, sabi open daw ang canada for fsw. Then naghanap ako ng forum sa internet and found this one. Nagtanong-tanong lang muna sa proseso. Unfortunately, after 2 days, got my visa refusal sa australia. Parang gumuho pangarap namin kasi akala namin hinihintay na lang namin visa namin dun. I can still remember yung pakiramdam ko when the agent forwarded the rejection email. Grabe half a million pesos, visa processing fee at bayad sa agent na mali ang ipinagawa sa min. Isang taong mahigit na savings namin, dugo at pawis ang puhunan. Yung panahon at pagod na nasayang sa pag-asikaso ng lahat ng documents, our australian dreams collapsed then. Nag-usap kaming family for our next steps and I know I cant dwell into this nightmare. Need to be strong for my family. After all life must go on. Hindi ka pwedeng panghinaan ng loob at magpatalo sa sitwasyon. I immediately went to get all my documents from my agent. Salamat ready na ang ielts. Inasiakaso ko na lang wes. Masakit na karanasan pero continue lang sa aking daily routine and tried my very best para lumakas ang loob ng aking pamilya na nasaktan din sa pinagdaanan namin. And the rest is history. Always praying kay God na ibigay nya sa amin itong Canadian visa this time. Thy will be done. Salamat sa Kanya at sa lahat ng paghihirap, sakit, nagawa nyang ituro ang bagong daan patungo sa katotohanan. Bagong pagsisimula, mga bagong pagsubok, we're moving to our next stage and we are still asking for His guidance, to give us strengths to fulfill our dreams.

Hello to all! Ask ko lang po sa mga senior advisers dito...while waiting for MR:

1. Is it advisable to apply for new NBI clearance now (October 2014) pa po yung na-submit namin before or just wait for the MR (w/request for additional docs)? Travel pa rin po ba nilagay nyo na reason?

2. Talaga po bang ok lang mag-renew ng passport while waiting for MR & just give details of the new passport during MR? Cencya na po...pag naghihintay po kasi daming uncertainties... July 2016 po kasi expire yung sa amin...

2. Wala po kaming representative pero naka lagay po dun sa required documents ang IMM5476. Okay lang po ba na mention ko na lang sa cover letter ko na wala kaming representative kaya di na ako mag susubmit ng requested form?

1. If nasa pinas ka madali naman kumuha uli. Magintay ka na lang muna nang request at matagal pa nman. Reason Canada immigration visa

If you click on it, you should see your statistics and to the left, you will have a menu where one of the options is "Forum Profile Information". If you click on it, you should get the page where you can fill in the dates. Then click the "Change Profile" button at the bottom of that page.

Mauuna sa agency yung email. Tapos iforward nila sayo yung email with attachment na mga docs. May instruction naman silang ibibgay sayo sa email.

Question po sa mga graduates na baka sakaling naka experience nito...

1. from the moment na mag DM sa ECAs, how many days until physically dumating yung passport sa house mo? tama bang I-assume that parating na 'to in the next 1-2 days? or usually weeks pa yan?

2. What happens if they courier your passport tapos walang tao sa bahay? Nag day off kasi si yaya so walang tao sa bahay during the morning in the next 2 days dahil nasa work ako. Usually past 8pm nako nakakauwe...
