Anyone who tried the Singapore to Manila then Toronto route? Trying to decide is which route is cheaper, Singapore to Toronto or Singapore - Manila - Toronto. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

I personally haven't tried pero sa mga nareresearch kong prices, Direct Flight is always more expensive. And for Sgp-Mnl-Toronto, I think PAL lang ang nagsstop over sa Manila.

If you don't really need to stop by manila, I suggest you take Korean Air nalang para ang stop over sa Seoul.... Libreng pasyal pa sa Korea. LOL

Received Date: June 24, 2014
PER: Oct 22, 2014
AOR: Dec 4, 2014
2nd Line Appeared: Feb 18, 2015
Medical, PCC, RPRF & Passport Requests: Feb 24, 2015
Submission of Medical by Fullerton: Mar 12, 2015
Appearance of 3rd Line: Mar 17, 2015
Submission of all the rest of the documents: Mar 20, 2015
Receipt of Passports with Visa: Apr 10, 2015
Appearance of 4th Line: Apr 11, 2015

To those who are still waiting....trust in the Lord and He will give it to you in His Own Perfect timing. I know...kasi 8 yrs in the making ang story namen.

Congrats! If you don't mind my asking, why 8 years in the making? I just want to share it to my brother who tried once and wants to apply again but kind of losing hope. I just want to encourage him again.

Hi! Confirm ko lng po..if DM nb e sure visa na un? Kinakabahan prn po kc ako..mhirap mgassume na ok na lahat tpos d pa pla..pero sympre my hopes are high na this is it...DM na kmi apr2 pa..23mar ko na nasend passports..hAays..sna dumating na...Sept din ang plan nmn na mgland,Calgary nmn ang dstination nmn ng family ko. Basically the wait for MR is amazingly slow.. Manila is the slowest VO.. it may take up to a year to get Mr after PER.. just to clarify

Thanks for the response. I read in an earlier post about the quoted prices he got for Manila-Canada flights. Mas mura kasi as compared to what I found online from Singapore-Canada. I found that British Airways flights Singapore-London-Toronto with are the cheapest. Naghahanap lang where mas makakamura.

Meron nag report to have received an email from CEM just the other day requesting additional documents like PCC, NBI and others but not MR. Applicant is Sept. 4. Based on what i've seen, applicants receiving this requests, certainly will get the MR afterwards when completing the necessary.. Pasok na cla for Sept.. We won't really know what the processing is like.. Let's hope for the best and God bless us all.

Praying always will all get an update soon.

I just hope that remaining applicants from earlier months will be cleared first before proceeding to the later months....

I'm ok to wait as long as there is really something to wait for...What if you waited for so long then you will just recieved a negative result...that's a big OUCH!!! Hehe...

Then we hold some of our plans because of this application...I think this is also the reason why earlier applicants are starting to get frustrated because we cannot do anything but to just wait...

Anyways, there is nothing much we can do...Application process is beyond our control...

Let's just keep on praying that everything will be fine....

By the way any update from my fellow 0911 applicants?

We can't do anything but pray, have strong faith and longer patience.

Also let's pray that the MVO has a big heart to accommodate understanding and consideration for all of us not to keep us waiting for long and be a bit more lenient with us to let us go to our dreamland, just like the other VO's in other countries.

Sad to say, we are at their mercy and our plans are in their hands.

I have a question. I am currently in Australia and my application was made in NEW DEHLI OFFICE. They have asked for my passport to be stamped, however, I am in a position in which I cannot travel. Is there a way I can get my passport stamped. Please let me know, thanks.
