Sana dumating na visa natin this week. Nakukulitan na wwwexpress sa akin kakatawag. Hehe

Haha. Sana nga dumating na. Tingin ko pareho tayo ng VO. Tinigilan ko ng tumawag sa wwwexpress simula last week. Hahaha. Hinihintay ko na lang na sila tumawag o magtext sa kin. Medyo mahirap kasi hanapin bahay namin so siguradong tatawag sila.

Nakakalungkot pag dumadating ang hapon kasi another day na naman lumipas at wala pa din si passport.

How many days kaya till I'll hear from cem after sending additional documents more than one month ago? Thank you

Hi all,

Ask ko lang dun sa mga nag send ng passports. What courier did you use to send your passports? Nag VACs ba kayo or DHL/WWW only? Natakot ako mawala :(

Thanks!

Wala pa naman ako dun and still waiting for MR, but nasa IT field din ako (not programming) and I share the same sentiments as you. I have some IT friends who landed there recently and found their jobs within a reasonable amount of time, im saying 5 days after landing, one after a month or so, and another a couple of months later after landing; they used every possible tool for job hunting like referral, job bank, etc.; not the ideal job they had in mind maybe but just enough to get them started and going, and ung iba moved on to their 2nd job na in search for the job which matches their skill set. depende lng cgro sa diskarte and network of people you know and people you will still know, tsaka more patience and determination/motivation to find the job you really want, and of course lots and lots of prayers and faith kay Lord. Madami factors to consider and we can expect life to be tougher there, but eventually it will all be worth it. kahit pa cgro ibang bansa plan natin mgmigrate, we can only do one thing and that is to equip ourselves with anything na we think will help us establish a better life when we get there, as no one can really tell whats our future gonna be like. Kung iisipin mas mahirap pa nga yata for those na nasa mga regulated ung profession kasi they need to register and wait some time, ang tiaga at hirap that comes with it, yet they made it through and living the life they wished for.

siguro most if not all in this forum also have that fear of the unknown and uncertainty, specially dun sa mga buong family pa talaga ang kasama mgmmigrate (like me), but thats the risk we all are willing to take to give our family a better life, and best that we can possibly offer them. we only need one really good/positive reason to choose Canada (or another country you intend to migrate), and the rest of all the negative remarks and stories you hear I rather ignore. more flexible namn ang IT and its everywhere, provinces you mentioned have more opportunity for IT, so you shouldn't worry too much and just prepare your self for battle.. lets get it on!! hehe

you may want to read this post, got a lot of motivation and information from Ben.

I'm now in Toronto, got a job 5 days as an assembler after landing. My wife actually got a call from the agent to work in a plastic factory 6 days after arriving, but she declined the offer because of the distance issue.

You can go and search my blog (Me Moving To Canada) about: (I'm not allowed to post links here, sorry)

A Minimum Wage Earner in Toronto

In Toronto, there are lots of automotive parts manufacturers. You can find a job in this type of industry for your survival. At least the money is flowing and you eventually find the perfect job once you're working.

Nasa dulo nga. Pero may mga Early July pang 2174 alam ko eh.

MR is on it way naman after completing all documents. Follow-up closely ka na lang sa agency mo kung nasubmit na ba ang documents and get the tracking number kung nasend ba agad-agad. Stay healthy din while waiting ng MR ;D

Guys, help naman po. I have applied for PR (October applicant) and have received PER. In my initial submission of my application, I did not include my common law partner primarily because she is still technically married although we've been living together for more than 8 years now. There has been a case filed for annulment in 2008 unfortunately, it wasn't approved. I notified the Canadian Embassy that I want to include my common law partner in the application including the details and today, I have received request for additional documents. My only concern right now is this item:

Client Information: Provide court documents regarding your partner's previous marriage

I have the court documents regarding the case. Do you guys think this will suffice?

Not so sure about this. Pero yung nakasabay namin n nagpa-medical din for canada, ang doctor Mismo ang pumili.

Ok thanks Willow05 ;) Wow Congrats! Lapit na matapos journey nyo :)

Ask ko na rin to all Seniors is it true that the passport has to be valid for more than 1 year prior to sending them during PPR?

Kasi po looking at the trends in CEM, looks like around June/July pa kami for MR eh our passports expire July2016...would it be wise to renew our passports while waiting for MR or await PPR then advice CEM? Haay kakastress talaga maghintay :-\ hehehe... Thanks for all your inputs & God Bless us all :)

Ben, i read your blog last week. Nakakagaan ng loob and there is a lot of positivity in the things you've mentioned about your journey. Mas lalong lumalakas ang loob namin na we will find our way there. God bless you and your family. Keep on inspiring bro.
