sa totoo lang hinde ko rin alam ang sagot dyan, gusto ko lang magcomment para hinde ka na magtampo.

pero sa aking palagay, at para narin sa kapanatagan ng loob mo siguro isettle mo nalang at bawasan mo ng kaunti ang POF mo or magfile ka ng dispute sa credit card company kung talagang in good faith ka.

hehe kaya ko lang po nilakihan for emphasis...kasi po may na charge samin na 40k n hindi naman samin kc may nakalagay na london tapos gusto nila bayaran namin kaya we resist to pay for that...nuon pa kami nakikipag ayos sa credit card company pero gusto nila bayaran namin yun..thanks for the input sureluck!!!

Bank draft.

More than one month na kasi since macharge ung cc ko, wala pa kong email na narereceived. just worried

Hi to all... Ask ko lang how many days ba nagrereply pag nag send ka ng email thru case specific enquiry? Nag send kasi ako message dun asking for confirmation Kung natanggap ba nila ang additional docs ko and yung demand draft for rprf. Gusto ko LNG Ksi sana ma-confirm kasi dba 30 days lang ang binigay? And additional docs was sent last march 23.. Ang medicals naman daw namin na-send ng doctors office march 26.

Naka-receive ako ng automated email about dun sa pag email ko sa case specific enquiry and sabi 28 days daw... Baka kasi abutin na nung 30-days na palugit na binigay nila to comply.. At least alam ko Kung May kulang.

minsan following day may reply na..minsan 3 days..minsan 1 wk..pag malas more than..
ako din nag send last Mar 25..pero wala pa din reply. .
it's about our cover letter for the MR and/or RPRF or addtl requirements. .nauna kase sa amin yun MR instructions. .

I'll wait it out until after holy wk..tapos mag follow up ulit ako..
baka kase holiday mode na sila..

Hi! you mentioned na mg follow up ka ulit after holy week. saan ba pwede mg follow up. AOR Dec 19. ( sept 4 2014 applicant ). still waiting for second line. please share.

Salamat eds wifey! Goodluck din sa Medical ninyo. Hope everything turns out well. Medyo natagalan din kami diyan sa process na yan, I got sick for more than a week so I had to wait until I am fully well kasi pag daw may sakit, mataas lahat (sugar, BP, etc). Unfortunately, di pa din siguro ako ganun kagaling and dahil stressed out, tumaas ang BP ko My hubby and I had to complete the Specialist Referral forms. Thankfully, we both have HMO coverage for the required tests i.e. ECG, 2D echo and other blood tests, otherwise ang laki ng additional expenses. 2D echo alone is around 7-8K already.

Then after we passed all the forms back to IOM (after 7 days ang due), we found out that the family doctor assigned to us during medical was away for a Medical Convention in HK. So ayun, halos 2 weeks na delay ang results namin. We couldn't complain kasi standard procedure nila is to follow up after 21 days!

Oh well, that's all in the past, it's done and happy that things are moving on positively. Keeping the good vibes help and thankful for this support group

Hello guys!!! Sa mga seniors po dito,ask ko lang po kung sakali po ba na may utang sa credit card na hindi na nabayaran pwedeng maging grounds for the refusal of the application? Meron kasi credit card yung asawa ko before kaso nung may nagcharge ng 40k na hindi naman nya ngamit he decided not to pay his CC way back 2013..

Hi, we had a similar case with yours. HSBC yung amin. meron kaming due at hindi nabayaran on time.. so nag incur ng mga charges n fees for many months.. that was also i think year 2012. What we did is we had agreed a resettlement with the bank na kung pwede i-installment yung due and tangalin yung charges n fees since gusto na rin namin icut and card. They eventually agreed, n na fully settle naman.

Not sure regarding refusal concerns.. marami rin akong narinig na kakilala na di na talaga nila binayaran yung yung mga charges similar to urs na hindi nyo naman kasalanan.. But, its at their own risk din. For this cases, usually meron 3rd party hahawak like law firm agents, sila ang hahabol sayo to settle n u can deal with them kung anu ang best way. I suggest to better settle than to neglect. We will never know the consequences lalo na meron tayong important application to Canada, they may or may not find out through BG check.

May bago nang application for NBI clearance at online na.. They will start this on 1st April. Hopefully, mas mabilis na at mas convenient for those na hihingan ulit ni CEM.

received the reply from CEM this morning about my query..
pwede pala talaga na walang cover letter..

I quote their reply:
"Please be informed that we did not send any correspondence prior to the medical forms and instructions that were sent on 25 March 2015. "
