Since we had the same timing for PPR. Decided to check my ECAS as well. My status changed to Decision Made.

Is this the default message for the DM, "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."?

Hi! Both are fine. Cebu Doc is cheaper than that of Nationwide though, but I suggest you do Nationwide. It's on a first come first serve basis, so if you just take time to be there early, you'll finish up early. Sa Cebu Doc you need to have your self scheduled.
