App received: July 3,2014
PER: oct 28, 2014
MR: mar 13,2015

July applicants don't lose hope.. Yung mga Nurses na nag NOC 3233, May chance po tlaga tayo!

Hello po. Sa mga taga davao na tapos na nagpa medical... San po kayo nagpa medical? Kano po ang Binayaran nyo?

Sa Ngaun May Ubo po si baby.. Ok LNG ba pa-medical na kami o pagalingin muna namin Ubo Nya?

davao here po... jist received my MR..may panel doctors assigned po for our medical.. sa davao, may 4 doctors.. fees would be 5450 each husband and wife plus 2500 for my 5 year old son.. so mga 13K plus po.. this wednesday march 18 appointment ko with the panel doctor.. sana okay ang result

Bale 6 mos na cya pag alis namin. Buti din si baby hindi mahilig umiyak kaya sana di cya maingay sa flight. Vancouver kami magsettle

> New NBI Clearance certificate showing name as [first name - maiden middle name - maiden surname- married surname]
> RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee
> New NBI Clearance certificate

*** i sent my NBI clearance kasama ng application ko and di pa yun umabot ng 1 year kasi si husband di naman hiningi an ng NBI clearance. Kaso ang nakalagay sa akin "no derogatory record" Kay husband "no record on file" .. May prob ba sa NBI ko kaya hinihingian ako ng bago? Also, HIT ako lagi pag kumikita ako ng NBI clearance..
** na confuse ako kasi nakalagay na additional requirements are : "new NBI clearance cert showing names as ..." Tsaka "new NBI clearance certificate" ; magka Iba po ba yun?
*** pano ko ba Gagawin yung personal history and address update? (June 2014-present) May form ba nun?

same tayo pinakuha din wife ko new NBi cert, one year validity ng NBI naten nakalagay pero kung babasahin mo ang email galing CEM naka state not more than 6mos kaya ka pinapakuha ulet. no deregatory din nakalagay nung nakakuha ako NBI 2 days ago.

sa Personal history and addressess sundan mo lang form nila or gawa ka sa Word ng graph same sa for nila ng Personal history and address update mo lang, ginawa ko pinrint ko sama sama sila sinend sa CEM
NBI cert, RPRF and additional docs personal history and addresses.


 spouse name:
˃ RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee
˃ Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or
longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate Original NBI certificate.
