If you're going straight from US to Canada, it's not needed because only the Bureau of Immigration in the PH inspects it upon departure.

Sa Healthbay kami nagpa MR. Mabilis lang, 1 week na upload na nila, at mas mura kesa sa London Clinic.

In the Philippines, not sure with other countries. There is a "Bank Secrecy Law". Meaning no one can asked even from CIC or any higher agencies of how much exact amount you have in your account. Bank's are not to disclosed this information to anyone. Unless na lang kung may court order.

So when the time comes, they may or may not asked for the updated settlement funds from you, either 6 months back statement or just plain current Bank Certificate. Since they just wanted to know if you still have the said funds, and it should be still at the minimum or more.

Hello mga kabayan! I have been a lurker since I submitted my application last June 16 until the time I have received an email stating my application has been returned as it was deemed incomplete And now I am back and desperately need some advice because I haven't received the package yet although e-mail states it has been sent since sept 30 of last year. What stresses me out more is that I used a demand draft and I won't be able to cancel/encash the check if I don't have it physically. I availed services of a consultancy firm based here in Manila and they just told me to wait. I went to our local post office but they claim they haven't received the package too. Anyone experiencing the same? Seniors please advise on what to do. Thank you in advance and good luck to all those awaiting for results and MR..

Hello magicool do you have any copy/photocopy of the demand draft or at least a copy/photocopy of the form
you signed when you got your DD? As far as I know, you can use this to refund your money provided the bank
clears that it was not encashed in the given time.

hi, sorry for what happened..i hope you can ask the agency for a refund kasi alam ko sa policy nila kung ang fault is on their side its possible..you can also prepare for express entry.. all the best! God bless!

dapat nga mas mabilis na now kasi capped out na mga hot NOC's...... kaso lalo atang tumatagal..... DD mode of payment kaya d ko din matrack if naencashed na ba or hindi pa.... nakakainip na....

Mukang hinuli tlga nila noc 3012. Kasi pati ung iba n naka rcv ng per ng early dec wala pa dn update til now. Ako CC pero ndi pa dn na chacharge. Oct 23 ako nagsubmit, ikaw kelan?

Ikaw magpoprovide ng document pag nanghingi sila at bawal sila humingi directly from the bank. In this case, baka humingi ng bank statement with explanation on the inflows and outflows. Kung kaya naman madefend, you'll be fine. God bless.
