May I please ask for your advice? I used some of my settlement funds and I am trying to put it back together, hopefully before PER. Would you know the timeline between charging and PER? Are they going to ask my bank about my settlement fund history or they will ask this from me as additional docs?

By the way, yy DD was charged on December 31, with application sent on October 23, NOC 4151.

Ang PER usually mga 10 - 15 days after CC charge (pero DD ka eh).

Minsan nanghihingi sila ng statement of account after PER (which is before MR). Hindi naman lahat hinihingian. Pag may kutob lang sila na something fishy sa POF which is very random.

So I'm ok kahit nagastos ko yung settlement funds ko? bka next week ko pa ksi mabalik. I had to invest it kasi and it takes time to liquidate stocks. Kapag hiningi nila history pwede ko yun explain?

No problem with that. Maganda nga ung gumagalaw ang funds mo. Need mo lang ng valid explanation (which I reckon valid ung sa yo) then they will accept.

sa case ko po almost 1 month pero po mdmi kc nun holidays.. sure yan ngyon mabilis na yan sa inyo.. god bless po..

hello po

hingi lang sana ako tulong kung san ko pwedeng hanapin yung application ko.

August applicant ako alam kong nacap ako kasi noc 1112 ako kaso wala pa din yung package ko. nagemail na din ako dun sa inquiry nung november wala pa din sagot. hindi ko kasi makukuha yung application fee hanggat wala sakin yung bank draft.

meron bang ganitong sitwasyon sainyo? patulong naman po.
