Guys, importante lang po.

Meron po ba sa inyo nakaexperience or may nabalitaan na po ba kayo na incident na hindi makita ng CEM or ng VO ang uploaded medical results ng hosp/clinic na pinuntahan nio? like nagkaron ng communication between the applicant and VO na hindi pa nila narereciv ang medical results ALTHOUGH as per the hosp/clinic is matagal na nilang nasubmit.

i am in that situation kc. kaya kahit 3rd line ko hindi pa nag-uupdate. Salamat po sa mga sasagot. :( :( :(

Hi Dancingqueen, I came across this post and just thought of letting you know that we are on the same boat.

The clinic had confirmed that our medical results were sent nung November 30 pa, pero until now, mag-one month na, my ECAS 3rd line is still not appearing. I just sent an email to my visa immigration office today. I just hope they would reply soon.

Hi Cadbury,

Hi anastacia,

I think the assessment of CIC is correct, coz if you refer to CIC-EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT CONVERSION TABLE and FSWP Education Selection Factor nakalagay "2 or more post-secondary credentials (3 year or longer post-secondary credential required)" = 22 points.... you have 2 post secondary credential pero ang isa hindi 3 years so it means they will just consider your highest educ credential kaya binigyan ka lng nila ng 21 points.
Cguro yong agency mo ang my pagkakamali pg pre asess ng points mo...

______________________________

The phrases you were discussing;

Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials is for the completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer

and

Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas or equal. Note 1 (at least one must be for a program of at least three years)

has exactly the same thought.

______________________________

No use arguing this with CIO/WES. Good luck with EE 2015. Please consider other PNP options such as SINP, MINP, NSPNP, and QSW.

@ bosschips

Nakakaconfuse ang statement ng CIO kung 21 points lang nga ang tanggap nila sa mga degree ni anastacia. Pero ang pagkaintindi ko talaga dito sa statement na 'to - "at least one must be for a program of at least three years" - ay in order for you to claim 22 points, you must have 2 or more Post-secondary degrees/diplomas wherein at least one of them is a 3-year or longer program, and the rest kahit ilang taon na basta Post-secondary degree/diploma.

Ang lumalabas ngayon ay para maka 22 points ka sa education ay dapat meron kang 2 or more Post-secondary degrees/diplomas AND ALL -- Not at least one -- degrees/diplomas must be at least a 3-year or longer program.

Medyo mahirap tanggapin pero kailangan. Try na lang ulit sa Express Entry.

Maganda Araw Kababayan

Meron Po ba dito under NOC 6212,

i was refused last july due to lack of NBI, hnd naman kasama po yun sa list of Req. my representative sent an appeal for reconsideration of my application.

till now wala padin pong response :( :( :(

may same scenario po ba d2.. im really worried with this

waiting for almost 5 months really tense.. ??? ??? ??? ???

thank you!

@Anastacia
Based on the guidelines, it says:
Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials is for the completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer 22

I still have to see the conversion table that Cres rod quoted.

I suggest talk to the agent ASAP and ask them to make an appeal. Yan ang TRABAHO nila hindi lang mag encode. Yan ang dapat nila gawin hindi yong tatanggapin nalang nila ang decision ng CIO if there is a "mistake". Agents are paid to represent the client in case of problem not just to encode the forms and receive the supporting documents that the client himself gathered.
THEY (AGENT) SHOULD AT LEAST ACT AND DO WHATEVER REMEDY IS AVAILABLE IF DENIAL IS NOT CONVINCING AT ALL.

Please tell them to do it immediately. There is a period to appeal and the agent knows that and should be mindful of that.

I think tama yung atleast 1 of them is 3 or longer year program. same with me, i have two degrees, equivalent nya is 3 years diploma and 2 years diploma written in my summary. to get 67 points, i need 22 points for education. My cc is already charge. This is only my opinion

Ask them to appeal. Ask the cost baka may additional (hidden) cost pala pag mag appeal at hindi ineexplain sa clients.
