Meron Po ba dito under NOC 6212,

i was refused last july due to lack of NBI, hnd naman kasama po yun sa list of Req. my representative sent an appeal for reconsideration of my application.

till now wala padin pong response

may same scenario po ba d2.. im really worried with this

waiting for almost 5 months really tense.. ??? ??? ??? ???

FSW po ba ang ina-pplyan nyo? Bakit wala sya sa list of NOC ng CIC?

Hi Dancingqueen, I came across this post and just thought of letting you know that we are on the same boat.

The clinic had confirmed that our medical results were sent nung November 30 pa, pero until now, mag-one month na, my ECAS 3rd line is still not appearing. I just sent an email to my visa immigration office today. I just hope they would reply soon.

Hi admins! ask ko lang kung hindi na possible i-edit yung response form so my entry in the spreadsheet becomes updated? Been trying to update my SS entry using the saved link ng form pero hindi nababago sa SS.

I think hindi po fsw ang inaaplayan nyo kasi your NOC (6212) is not in the list of NOC sa fsw. baka ibang programme, confirm nyo po sa agent nyo.

Try to appeal on your case. Patulong ka sa agent mo. In any case, you can still prepare for EE. Malakas ang demand ng nurse sa Canada. I like your positivity and this will lead you to places. God bless.

Hi Anastacia maganda kausapin mo agent mo sa maling advice nila regarding your points..maki pag compromise ka..like kong mg aapeal cmpre at there expense kasi nga mali yong advice nila dba?.. but if you really want to appeal make sure you have a good case para hindi masayang gastos mo (kong ikaw mg shoulder ng expenses)..meron akong kaibigan 2 times sya ng appeal and he spend more than 8k CAD para lng sa apeal process.. luckily napanalo nya nmn ung case at nsa canada n sya ngaun..

Confusing nga naman ang main statement regarding the points sa education pero meron nkalagay kasi na refer to the table.. Even if you read the FSW OP-6-C http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06c-eng.pdf ganun pa din nka lagay..

Kabayan i think its not possible na mareject ka because you didnt pass ur NBI clearance.
I got my PER withi no NBI or Police clearance in my application.
To follow yun kaya po may PCC request.

Hello kabayan baka Provincial Nominee Program ina aplayan mo not FSW.anung stage na ba apps mo? Nomination Process or CIC approval process ka na?.if they ask for NBI clearance e provide mo na lang kasi kahit hindi nka lagay sa list of docs..Admissibility Documents is a must in applying for RP in canada.

July 9 applicant here and waiting for MR prin...wla pa po bng July applicant na may MR?

Anyway,question narin po sa mga applicants na nasa SG na Manila VO ang mgpprocess,baka po may makasagot. Sa mga may PPR npo sa inyo,pinadala nyo po b ung passport nyo dito sa manila? May nabasa kc ako sa previous thread na ngka prob in sending the passport. Anong courier ang pinagpadalan nyo and how long nrcve? My husband is currently on a foreign assignment in Singapore and worried lang ako na bka if ever PPR na kmi e d nya masend ung sa knya. Also,san po b kyo ngpa medical? And how muuch nrn?
