Hi Members.
Kung meron na login here https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=&lang=en using your uci at makikita mo status ng app mo. Keep on prayingand havefaith. God bless

I'm a June 20 applicant. I got my PER via snail mail 3 weeks ago. PER date ko is Oct 20, 2014. Like every CIC applicants here, I did passed a new use of rep form through them - kasi sayang din naman ung binayad kong service. Wala naman silang hininging fee.

I contacted CEM mga Oct 23 - this is around the speculation na nasa June 20 applicants na ung ineevalute for eligibility review - and I got lucky kasi the following day - Oct 24, they responded na in-transit na papers ko, with the file number on the subject line - this means PER na. Since I already got the file number, I can check the status of my app sa ecas, and it was indeed in process. :)

... that was more than a month ago, hanggang ngayon nagaantay parin ako ng MR.

So I suggest you do the same, contact them via their web form, ask them for your UCI/File number para macheck mo narin sa ecas ung status ng application mo.

Good day! Mabuti at nabasa ko ang post ni manila_kbj today, nabuhayan ako ng pag-asa :) Muntik na akong mag-email sa CIC to follow up our application.

Patience and faith for all of us na nag-iintay.

Normally, sa PH embassy nmn tlg lahat kaso there are instances na super tagal pa ung schedule na ibibigay nila, so I suggest better to email them ASAP....pro parang willing to wait ka nmn sa case nyo....

http://www.philippine-embassy.org.sg/consular/nbi-clearance/

Anyways just in case you need, eto ung process na ginawa ko last time (May-2014).

1. I emailed PH embassy d2 s SG to book an appointment for finger printing but I need to wait for more than a month to do the finger printing based on their sked. Eh that time gusto ko na tlg malodge ung application namin so I asked them if I can only get the NBI form. So pde nmn....

2. You need to print out the email that they agreed to provide the NBI form only because you need to show it sa mga staff na nsa gate ng embassy. (Bring your photos as well)

3. After NBI form issuance, proceed to Cantontment. Below is the address.

Police Cantonment Complex
391 New Bridge Road, Police Cantonment Complex, Singapore 088762

Nearest Mrt Station is Outram Park (or consult mo na lng c mareng google map ;D).

Finger printing is from 2~5pm only. You need to pay SGD 15.00

4. Once done, back to PH embassy for authentication. Nung time ko free of charge pa ang service nila but now you need to pay SGD 42.50

5. Send the NBI form together with the authorization letter to your authorized person in PH to process your NBI Clearance.

Hi sureluck, thank you for the reply. Actually wala pa ako narereceive na PER via snail mail until now, umaasa lang ako sa update ng ECAS, buti nalang CEM provided me the file number that was sent during my enquiry to them, and i'm very happy kahit yun lang ang pinanghahawakan ko at the moment.

Thank you! ;)

Hi winterpeg,

When application date mo? Na cc charged ka na? it is good that you can check na your status with ECAS

Hoping for good news today! :)

Positive vibes everyone! :)

Tama. Madaming more good news para sa lahat.

Hi Experts,

I have a doubt to fill "ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM". They mention it should be completed by both Principal applicant and spouse. My questions is, if I fill it then my name should be in Applicant place and my wife name should be in Spouse place. What would be the name of applicant if my spouse (dependent) fill the same form?

For example,
1. ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM" filled by Principal applicant,

Mr.XXXX--- Applicant

Ms. YYY-----Spouse or Common-law partner

2. ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM" filled by Spouse,

_______-----> Applicant ( Who is applicant here? Mr. XXXX or Ms. YYY?)

_______------->Spouse or common-law partner ( Who is spouse here? Mr. XXXX or Ms. YYY?)

My another question is,

If space is not enough in BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORM(4 PAGES), we need to print it more.

For example,

For Section 8(page 2), space is not enough, so I need to print extra page 2 to fill rest of the details. In that case how about page 4 which has my declaration signature, do I need to print one more page 4 for extra page 2.

or

I just place the additional page 2 after the original page 2? For instance, the order , page 1, page 2, page 2(additional), page 3, page 4

or

page 1, page 2, page 3, page 4, page 2(additional), page 4?

Please advice me.

Thank you.
