Anyway NOC 3012 ako. I have included my email address dun sa generic form pero according to CIC, all correspondence will be sent thru the representatives email account. Pero may mga kaforum mates tayo under CIC din nareceive nila PER thru snailmail, so im hoping na sana mareceive ko na yung sa akin by end of november. Don't lose hope, more prayers, more patience in waiting pa darating din yan.
