Just my observation po.
if u guys remember, my application for 3012 was charged but CIC will not give my application back nor refund my fee. The reason is I did not get the 67points.

Consequently, I also applied for 3233, but got my application back, they attempted to charged my cousin's CC but did not pushed through due to my dearest cousin cancelled her card.

And here I am reading na some application for 3233 got rejected and was not charged and applicant got her application back; reason is due to NOC job description mismatch.

So I think lang po na siguro NOC joc matching is being done prior to CC or DD charging. Kasi if they charged you na and put your application in process, CIC will not send nor refund back your application.

So pag na charge ka na, is it safe to say noc job decription mo ay matched na?

i applied under 3233...though i work as RN............hence yesterday got my file back............which was filed in july...

now i am sending again.............in 3012..............instead of waiting ...n crying........atleast i can take a chance....


i have my ontario license under process too/...............i ll be going this may to write my RPN exam...........i hope everything foes fine.....


i have question the job description in the form schedule 3: the space is very less......is that okay enough or did u guys put some extra annexures to describe your duties.................


please reply.........................as i have very little time left!!!

confirm ko to. got my app back last thurs. noc 1212 may 14 . noc mismatch din bt dd not charged. kasi i hav duties under financial manager pinaka una pa talaga nakasulat. though anual ko lang gnagawa itr n fs preparation. daily workload ko talaga is payables review kaso sa huli nakasulat.
seniors pls advise, my boss n hr head are supportive naman. planu ko pagawa din ng certification frnm my boss na ito ang percentage of my duties. 60 % on payables review at attach ko na rin yearly evaluation ko kasi may percentage dun since i became aacctg supervisor. ok lang ba?

Ok lang ba malaman kung ano nasa job description mo? At ano nilagay mo sa job title at NOC sa work experience fork.
Para may pattern lang na proven na may positive result.
For sure madami kang matutulungan kung makakasagot ka.

Hi.. Job desc is similar with 3233 (3012 and 3233 halos same naman ng JD). As for job title as well as job desc, di ko naman ma change yun kasi hospital naman ang nagbibigay nun. So, it's staff nurse.

However, kakabasa ko LNG ng reply ni theus17 (below).. Nagtataka din ako bakit Hindi pumasok ang application Nya. Honestly, dahil sa reply ni Theus17.. I am not sure anymore. Kakabahan din ako Kung mag-aapply pa ako. It's either i got very lucky or may something na poblemang nakita ang immigration officer sa application Nya.

Honestly, the reason i went for 3233 when I mailed our application is i am scared na Baka abutin ng cap limit (that was July pa ha pero takot na ako) and my WES report kasi says 2-year diploma and nursing assistant as major.

Ayoko na mag push sa mga fellow nurses ko to go for 3233 baka i just got lucky LNG tlaga. I guess, it's up to u nalang po if u want to try your luck on 3012 (hopefully di abutin ng cap but swak ang NOC) or go for 3233 (pasok sa cap pero Baka mismatch NOC).

Finally, after almost a month of agony binigyan na kami ng CEM ng third line! 3 weeks din inaral ang case ng son ko and thanks God OK na and medical namin.

TY sa mga encouraging words nina nathan_drake28, mickeyboy at A-Cheng. I stay away from FB page and forum for a while dahil sa sobrang paranoia na naramadaman ko.

Hi i think you have to inform your Visa office (Manila) regarding the changes.. kasi if im not mistaken its very clear in your PER email sabi;

Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals.

naku naman.. ang tagal ko po hindi nagbasa ang dami nang updates..

congrats po sa lahat ng may good news. super blessed po kayo...

apply po sana ako ng 3012, naku ewan ko na lang po kung aabot pa ako. waiting pa po ako sa isang tor ko. yung copy ko po kasi dito walang SO number, ayaw po icertify ng school
anyway, try ko na rin po para walang 'what ifs'. at least i tried and i did my best. sayang nga lang po ang effort and money.

question ko po.. DD po sana gagamitin ko, nung tinanong ko po ang BPI sabi po eh there is no way para malaman kung na encash na yung DD. sabi ko nga po sa kausap ko sa bank kailangan lang nila mag email sa main, wala pa raw po sila naeencounter na nagpa update kung naencash or hindi.

bahala na si Lord kung para sa akin itong Canada. alam ko naman na para sa kanya, naka plano na ang lahat

I've paid thru cc and pin code was not asked in the fee payment form..just make sure you entered the CVV (the three digit number at the back), the card number,and the expiry date correctly
