Buena manong tanong ngayong lunes Advisable po bang mag attach proof of documents para sa idedeclare na assets? o kahit wala na ayos lang? May mga gumawa napo ba? May mga instances napo bang may hiningan ng additional documents sa assets and liabilities? o puro sa settlement funds lang ang hinihingi nila?

No need to provide proof. Almost lahat naman settlement funds lang hinihingi.
dont give too much info or proof na lang. Baka sabihin masyado ka defensive. Hehe. Bigay mo na lang kung ano hiningi.

For those who have there Visa's already or is already in Canada, how did you move your funds there or if you are about to migrate already, does anyone have any idea how to go about it?

I know there is no problem bringing more than 10,000 dollars to Canada. But the problem is with Manila customs and immigration, because per ruling you are only allowed to bring outside Philippines $10K max, has anyone experience declaring it at Manila, where you taxed, harassed? or can someone suggest how to transfer it without bringing the funds on hand? Thanks.

Also, FYI, upon landing to Canada you have to bring or show Canada immigration the fund requirement for your family size, (eg. for family of 4 CAD$21,971).

Hoping na sana meron na nag land from pinas so we would know updates regarding this.

Kapag may PER nya saku mapupunta sa VO ang documents ko at saka sila hihingi ng additional documents?

Yes po. Parang ganun na nga.
May nareceive kang PER because it means you are eligible. Meaning you passed their criteria. Kumpleto ka and naprovide mo lahat ng hinihingi nila. But all of your documents will be scrutinize by your VO. Meaning, kung gaano ba katotoo pinaglalagay natin sa application na pinasa.

Now, they will only ask for add'l documents if - you have not submitted any, expired na docs mo, or not convinced sila nakalagay so they will require you more documents as proof..

I beg to disagree po with all respects. Personally I have asked BPI (KALAYAAN AVENUE DILIMAN BRANCH) about the status of my DD.

Consistently, they are providing a status.

So tingin ko depende sa branch ;D

Ganun po ba.. Depende cguro sa branch tlaga. Davao kasi ang sa akin. Sabi nila "no way of checking" daw tlaga. Baka tamad LNG yung branch ko. Hahahha!

Prepare a letter of request and inform Davao branch that you have read in the forum that somebody asked the branch manager and the branch manager emailed the manila main office and Manila main office can give status of the dd. ganoon ginawa ko at nakuha ko nga status kasi staled & outstanding/not encashed.

pero sa case mo since PER ka na no need to know the dd status kasi for sure encashed na yan.

Mga bros, sino ba dito naka-pag check na if ever naka-charge na yung demand draft. May 20, DD applicant ako, pero until now wala pa din kahit anong update sa application ko. i tried to check sa bpi (kung saan ko binili yung dd) if machecheck nila, sabi nila matagal pa daw before ma-verify if nagamit na yung demand draft. sa mga kababayan ko dito, sino bang naka-pagverify na sa bpi about their demand draft? and pa-help naman jan.... tnx

same case tayo. may 14 application received by CIO sa akin but no news or returned documents and no ECA status online. I was able to check my dd status sa BPI by letter of request to branch manager kasi sya ang mag-email sa Manila main office nila to request for DD status. Give details ng dd sa letter and inform them that time is very crucial and that you read sa forum online that it is possible to to get the dd status from Manila main office nila. At least if you know the status, you can start with the back up plan. 3 days lang may dd status na agad. Kaso staled na nga and outstanding or not encashed. I plan to resend a new application para makahabol pa kasi di naman hot ang noc ko 1212. Ano NOC mo?

i just do not know is the new copy of ielts result and new copy of WES ECA report is acceptable. anyone, please confirm if okay to send new copies requested from BC IELTS and WES for the 2nd application?
