Hi mga seniors, need your advice..

yung kasmahan ko kasi kasabay ko ng-apply nung 1st week of september but 3 months nlang validity ng DD niya when he submitted.. if by now July 21st ang mga nachcharge, estimate ko is December to January mach-charge yung sa amin, meaning expired na yung DD niya.

do you think CIO will ask for an updated DD? ano po kaya gagawin ng CIO? or pwede kaya siya mgsend ng updated na DD?

ps. congrats sa mga nkakuha ng PER, MR at PPR

If staled na sya upon clearing of DD delikado yan. In my opinion, sorry but I believe CIO will not ask for updated/new/valid DD. Please tell your friend to go to the issuing bank and ask for remedy if meron if pwede maextend. Sino banker dito. I have no idea if pwede maextend yan. Kasi sa ordinary check, replacement talaga pag staled na check.
Ask this q in the international thread....baka may makasagot.

I'm a newbie here,
ask ko lang po the processing time after CIC received my application on 21st Oct. 2014, till now I haven't got any information from them acknowledging that they have received my application. That date 21st Oct. 2014 is the date shown on the tracking of the mail, i.e., mail received by recipient, in this case CIC is the recipient...thanks for any reply...God bless

Hi Kaythrielle,

Sabi ko na nga sa 'yo, minimum 1 year. 2013 pa ako nag apply, ganyan din reply sa returned mail ko. Try mo sa Malaysian embassy jan at sabihin mo lang na nirerequire ng Canada. Baka pwede nila iconsider.
Last option, try mo mag email sa MFA sa Putrajaya, i-attach mo passport copy with visa stamp (entry/exit sa malaysia) then i-attach mo din yung nasa document list "PCC" as required by Canada for FSW. Try mo lang i-convince na i-consider ka kase di ka naman na bumalik ng Malaysia. I-escalate yan sa mas mataas na tao dun malay mo baka payag din. At least yung email, pwede mong gawin proof na di ka talaga bibigyan ng Malaysia ng PCC dahil sa less than a year ka lang as special conditions sa process nila. With that, baka ma-waived yung PCC mo for malaysia. Try lang and pray... Good luck..

Explanation to CEM with attached proof of reply from MFA would be better, once na hihingin ang PCC

i initially called the MY embassy dito sa SG, tapos nirefer ako sa consul at yung nakausap ko sinabihan ako na tumawag daw ako sa MFA! hehehe
you're right. i think i'll have to send MFA an email. para documented at pwede ko mapakita sa CEM when the time comes na hingi na sila ng PCC.

Finally I was able to contact MFA thru their number sa website. So after explaining to the person on the other line my issue, the lady i talked to said, "cannot" daw! kelangan talaga 1 yr daw nakapag-stay sa Malaysia before they give Certificate of Good Conduct (stayed for 11 months only). Sabi ko, hinihingan kami ng police clearance for all the countries na nai-stay-han namin ng more than 6 months. Sabi ulit "Cannot" kung kelangan daw, "your country should get it"

So i guess there's nothing for me to do but wait for CEM. Then, maybe explain to them....
are they considerate with these instances ba? or will they give a letter kaya na pwede ko ipakita sa MFA? or pwedeng ma-waive or something pag mahirap talaga ma-secure yung docu?
any other pinoys who had problems securing a police clearance sa ibang country? what did you do?

You may want to consult kitsunedream kasi nawaived pcc nya sa saudi. I guess proof na hindi ka nila mabigyan ng pcc with a cover letter explaining your circumstances.

Hindi kasi updated yung sa cic count. Sabi nila July completeness check yung count dun. Mejo hot ang noc naten kaya bilisan ang pagcomplete. Walang nakakaalam ng exact count sa ngayon. Just hope na makaabot ka sa cap.

Check mo if match yung jd mo that your employer will give you matches with that of noc jd.

Good day po sa lahat! ask ko lng..masasabi po ba na mali ang input ko sa credit card expiry kung ang nailagay ko sa date is "6/2017" lng, pero ang nakalagay sa credit card is "06/2017"? kc nung type ko un "06" sa month and lilipat na ako sa pag-type sa year, automatic natatanggal un "0" sa unahan dun sa fee payment form and napupunta un "6" sa place ng "0"? ask ko po ito kasi I'm July 21 applicant and me dumating na text sa akin coming from my credit card bank, ang nakasabi "your online transaction was declined due to entering a wrong card expiry date"..feeling ko po kasi baka sa CIC un transaction na yun..if ever po na wrong un entry ko..ano po ba ang pwede solution para ma-inform ko CIC to correct it? thanks for your suggestions Lips sealed

CIC does CC charge 3 times with different intervals. Sometimes weeks ang pagitan. Call the bank and ask if kanino galing yung charge.

I called the bank and asked regarding my problem, and they verified that the charge was made by CIC, they advised me to contact CIC to fix the matter..my question is, paano ko po ba ma-contact CIC, do they have an email or contact number? pls advise, thanks po very much..sana mahabol ko pa..

Sa global ginagawa nila nagsesend ng addendum package with cover letter explaining yung detalye kung kailan nareceive sa cic, anong noc at syempre identity nung nagpasa. Or another option isto send a newpackage.

Guys worried na ako kasi wala pa rin ang MR. What could be the reasons? Dahil ba sa evaluation ng submitted documents? or dahil nasa Gulf country or dahil sa NOC? like prioritize nila ang hot NOC's???
