hello, everyone!

1. aside from the pcc, rprf and mr, what other docs are usually asked for by cem after the per stage? i know these docs are requested by cem to clarify issues, but what are the usual issues?
2. for those whom cem called up, what were the questions about in general?
3. does cem request for updated bank statements?

sharing your experience or knowledge will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the thorough review... I appreciate your effort. Re: IELTS. As I write this, schedules are already full till next month. So, I guess I really have to accept it. It's either wait for Express Entry( and find a prospective employer) or QSW program next year.

God has better plans. God bless you all here! Best of luck as well!

Again, Thank you!

Do not aspire for express entry if you could go for this year's FSW. I believe you could apply for this. 3233 is not likely to CAP out anytime soon.

Sayang talaga kung papalagpasin mo ito. Wala kang aasahan sa EE 2015. Good as closed na ang Canada parang Australia kapag nangyari yun.

Schedule an IELTS test kahit Feb pa yan at magpasa ka as 3233. Good luck!

I got an invitation letter from CEM after PPR. When you register for CIIP, they will ask you to submit an eligibility document para maka-attend ka.

One of the following eligibility documents is needed:
an invitation letter/ CIIP brochure from CIC, or
a medical notification letter, or
a visa pick-up notification letter, or
a visa to land permanently in Canada

I am not sure though kung pwede ang PER email as eligibility document. You can try siguro. Nag-eemail naman sila in a few days for confirmation.

Thanks poh.. Sana MR NA YUNG MGA JUNE APPLICANTS!!!

Hindi required na mag-attend ng CIIP seminar, although recommended talaga sya kasi you will really learn a lot of information about employment, etc. in Canada. Please check their website, www.newcomersuccess.ca, to register or to know more details about it.

got it! salamat!!! :D :D

@vinci definitely agree with @bosschips. Better do it now for we don't know what express entry will introduce. Don't miss the chance when you can do it now. God bless.

Ang naiisip kong way is if they check my SSS, TIN & HDMF records kasi makikita yung salary deductions from those companies.

Maraming salamat!

If you'll be subjected for interview later on with the process, they might require you that. May case from 2013 na nirequire sya ng mga documents na yan during interview.

Hello Pinoy FSW applicants! Long-time lurker, first-time poster here.

Hi Vinci,

In case you are still confused with CIC's guidelines on how work experience is computed, you might want to read their Operational Bulletin 173 - Google it, can't post links.

This is one of the reasons why i opted not to get CIC (Consultancy); they are not aware of this one key information.

This might help other applicants as well.

Good luck to all!

Cheers!

Education: 19 pts
Age: 12 pts
IELTS: 22 pts
Exp: NOC 3012 = 5 years = 13 pts

Total: 66 points

I believe that CIC-MOA considered you risky because of your work experience. You are trying to claim 6 years experience but the KEYWORD in the ministerial instruction is "1 year CONTINUOUS experience" so they are not trying to credit and accumulate the months of experience you have in company A & B.

Here's my advice, retake the IELTS and get 7.5 or higher in Listening. Seeing your scores, I think that you will not have any problems doing it. It just takes practice. You will also have peace of mind once you lodge.

And if you think that you are time pressured with 3012, actually you are but here's a little secret. 3233 is WIDE OPEN and parallel with 3012 just make sure you match the JD at around 70-80% which is common for nurses with hospital experience. We already have lots of attestations from applicants here in the forum who worked as a staff nurse but applied for 3233 and got PER.

But this won't be a secret for long. Once the 3012 CAP has been filled, people will start to discover this loophole and 3233 will be filled up too. Predictions for 3012 CAP full is on the first week of December but I believe it will be earlier.

Better register for another IELTS test and try to do DIY rather than hiring CIC. Plain and simple, they suck.

Couldn't say it any better. Take this advice! I am a staff nurse but applied under 3233. I already got my PER.

To all future Canadians,

I received my PER last month Oct 27.

Hi everyone! Just letting you know I received PPR today! ECAS third line updated last Nov. 2. My KSA police clearance was also waived!

Thank God! God bless everyone! Hope you receive your good news soon... be it PER, MR and PPR! :)
