All requested documents, unless specifically instructed to submit an original, should be sent as an email
attachment to manil.immigration @ international.gc.ca. Please ensure that you follow these guidelines:

 Documents must be in PDF format (.pdf)
 Documents must be readable and easy to view
 Each PDF file document must not exceed 2.0MB
 Each PDF file must contain only one type of document. If several documents/forms are requested, save
each type of document separately. For example, if you were requested to submit completed IMM5406
Additional Family Information forms for yourself and your spouse, your completed form must be saved in
one (1) .PDF file extension name and your spouse's in another PDF file
 If your submission includes a cover letter, this must be saved separately in one (1) PDF file

File name of each PDF file must follow the following format: Application number>Last Name>Given
Name>Type of Document (eg. E12345678_CRUZ_Juan_IMM5406 Additional Family Information form)

Documents requested in its original form, e.g. police certificates, should be sent thru courier to our mailing
address above.

Please submit documents by ONE method only. Sending documents through duplicate or multiple channels will
result in processing delays.

Due to the volume of enquiries, we are unable to respond to email requests to confirm receipt.

The requested information/documents must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter. We
will notify you of next steps once we receive and assess your documentation.

Failure to provide the requested documentation within the time indicated may lead to the refusal of your
application.

So again IT DEPENDS. If they requested for ORIGINAL, then send it via courier. If its only a copy, then send it via EMAIL.
Wag na po kayong mag-aksaya na pumunta sa RCBC dahil di po kayo paaakyatin sa taas sa CEM. (It happened to me.. hehe)

Saudi din ako. start mo na ang PCC, medyo mahaba ang process. kuha ka agad LOE sa Phil Embassy, then pa attest mo sa MOFA before going to the police station. after a week or two anjan na pcc then patranslate. where ka sa Saudi?

noeltheonlyone. Saan mo na receive PER mo? Kasi under CIC din ako di ko alam saan hagilapin PER na yan. June 16,2014 na file yong application ko till now no news dahil sa problema ng representative ng CIC. D2 din ako sa Saudi ng work Nurse under MOH.

Meron lang ako tanong.. meron bang way na malaman kung saan ipapadala ng CIC yung app ko ngaun meron na ko PER? Di ko kasi alam kung SGVO or CEM ako e. Meron ba way para mcheck yun or need ko nlang antayin yung AOR ko?

Got my PER last night via e-mail! So the next step will be to wait for the MR, which will take about a month?

Date app arrived at CIO: July 2
Date CC was charged: Oct. 16

Anybody who knows of an applicant who eventually got denied after receiving a PER? If so, why?

No prob! Kahit ako kaya kong maglakad from office going to RCBC. And hell yeah, who would send an IMPORTANT doc sa courier baka mamaya mawala pa ng courier edi patay tayo jan..

Anyway, yun ang patakaran nila.. so wala tayong magagawa..
Magtiwala na lang tayo sa courier.. haha!

@ Canadian14: I checked the Analytics sa spreadsheet, weekends were not included sa count...? Sana nga may matanggap na tayo MR this week. Did you send a follow up inquiry sa Manila VO?

I am praying really hard na makareceive na tayo ng MR this week kasi mas convenient tlga if sabay Sa off ko from work para matapos na hehe I haven't send anything Sa VO kasi my firm told me to wait a little more. I'm just thinking na OKs na rin habang hinihintay ko yung renewed passport ko kasi may applicants na days lang naka receive na ng ppr. Anyways, still can't send u a pm. It says na full yung inbox mo

Kayo po kasi maglalagay nun kung saan nyo gustong VO iprocess...
kaya dapat alam nyo po yun. Try to check kung meron kayong copy nung IMM0008. Sa no. 4 dun mo ilalagay ung VO na gusto mo magprocess..

Ganun din advise saken ng agency, wait this week pero I have told them I'd like to follow up, ggwin ng agent ko is send inquiry to Manila VO on my behalf. Pero meron na cla mga natanggap na MR na kabatch ko. So should arrive anytime soon. Yup hopefully sabay sabay tyo this week na sana. Sept 2015 pa expiry ng passport ko, tinanong ko to before sa agent ko kng kelangan ko naba mag parenew, sbe naman sken hintayin ko nlng daw advise or requirement ng Manila VO.
