Additional information on police certificates:

a) If the police certificate is not in English or French, you must include a translated copy.
b) If you require a police certificate from Singapore, e-mail us with the subject line “Request Letter Required for Singapore Police Certificate” in order to obtain the additional letter required for the police clearance.
c) For police certificates from other countries, this letter serves as our official request and may be presented to the applicable authorities if required.
d) Philippine NBI Clearances must be issued within the last six months. If the NBI Clearance shows any of the following remarks: Record as Stated, No Criminal Record, or No Pending Case, you must also submit: - - - Certification issued by the NBI outlining all criminal charges/cases including the description of the charge, date when the charge was filed and the disposition of the charge Own written detailed account of circumstances surrounding and leading up to the criminal charges listed on the NBI certification Regardless if case is dismissed or ongoing, all court documents relating to the criminal cases listed which include but are not limited to police report/blotter, court transcripts, and court judgement

For item (a), this might be common for PCC obtained from middle east/africa countries. I had the same case na yung mga entries sa Egypt PCC were not all written in english.
Also to clarify, Translated copy means the original translation issued by chosen certified translator/organization. Sa akin may affidavit pa, sinasabi na yung nagtranslate is sworn na ang translation is accurate and true and also stated na sila ay recognized ng Federal Court of Malaysia.

Sino dito ang (Mindanao area) applicant na nasa MR or PPR stage na hindi pa naka seminar ng CIIP? Nag email kasi ako sa kanila kung meron ba chance na dito nalang sa Davao i-conduct ang seminar. Ito yung sagot nila:

We are waiting for more registrations to come in so allow us to go to Davao. May I suggest that you register already so that we can add you to our list. Kindly advise us once you have successfully registered.

Davao din po ako... Kaso July 3 applicant kasi ako... So Wla pa akong balita.

Sana nga Meron dito sa davao para Hindi na hassle and dagdag gastos Kung mag manila pa tayo.

You shall be advised and given instructions once your application is received.'

Saudi din ako. start mo na ang PCC, medyo mahaba ang process. kuha ka agad LOE sa Phil Embassy, then pa attest mo sa MOFA before going to the police station. after a week or two anjan na pcc then patranslate. where ka sa Saudi?

Hi everyone. Just to share the good news. I just received the PPR today, Oct 27!

From the letter, it says that we need to respond 15 days from the date of the letter. However, my husband and I are scheduled to have our passports renewed on Nov. 8 as it is set to expire on Oct. 2015. I responded back to CEM requesting for an extension until the 3rd week of November. Did anybody here request for the same and got an extension? Thanks!

M kasama ako ditto sa Saudi, ito yung iba pang mga docs na hiningi sa kanya ng CEM :
1. Copy of Residence Permit card
2. Visa
3. Entry/Exit stamps
4. Travel Records - from BI

Item-4 I think is applicable to all na maraming travels, kaya sa mga nghihintay may PER na prepare na pag may time Medyo madugo ang item 4 pag nasa abroad, check out BI site for the req's.

Kaya kung sino jan sa mga forumates ko ditto na may connection s BI, patulong naman
Need pa kasi ng SPA and Orig PP pag representative lang ang kukuha.
