Hi ppmom, thank you sa laging pagsagot, +1 for you hehe. Ang meron lang is yung kinuha siya last November 18 (18 pala not 13), 2013. Pero if ever they need a new one, sabi ko I have to ask for extension kasi it will take longer processing time. :)

Anyone here who knows the validity of Australia PCC?
Q: How long is a National Police Certificate valid?
A National Police Certificate is current as of the date of issue therefore WA Police imposes no period of validity; it is up to employers and organisations to determine the currency of a National Police Certificate that they will accept.

So it's up to CEM ang validity. I would like to believe na ok na yun para hindi na kami kumuha ng bago. Thank you. :)

"Note: If you are including your police certificates with your application to the CIO (Centralized Intake Office),
please ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months earlier. Police certificates are
generally valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. However, if a final decision is not made on your
application before the expiry of your police certificate, the visa office may request that you provide a new
one."

Got this from the Guide in the CIC website, your original one is good pa since October pa naman :) lalo na na walang validity ang Oz PCC!

Patanong po, dun sa education para sa BAckground declaration, nilagay ko 6 years as primary, 4 years as secondary and 5 years sa colloge, ano po ilalagay ko dun sa other post secondary kung wala naman akong pinasukan?

Hi Guys!

This is for my fellow rn's. I just wanted to share my experience regarding this forum so that other RN's can have the chance too be accepted under the FSW. I am very happy that I read this forum before I submitted sa CIC. At first po kasi under 3012 po ang dapat na aaplayan ko but I risked it and submitted under 3233 LPN based from the post in this canada visa forum. Thank God I was not wrong. Right now I have my PER!!!. Unfortunately my other colleagues who submitted under noc 3012 already didn't made it so their agency is now rushing them to reapply under 3233.

Again Goodluck to everyone!!!
Keep the faith!

"Additional Dependants / Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) (if applicable)"

i-eenclude ko ba pa yung form?
i-e-x ko ba yung box or leave it blank?

Pakisagot naman po.

Hi everyone!

I would like to ask for help regarding PCC in how to obtain it in the FBI. Regarding the fingerprint card, can I use our fingerprint card here issued in police stations? and where do I get the cover letter? Thank you

Do you mind sharing your JD so that the 3012 aspirants here would have a benchmark on that crucial document for claiming 3233?

Unfortunately my other colleagues who submitted under noc 3012 already didn't made it so their agency is now rushing them to reapply under 3233.

What do you mean by this?

You just have to play with your JD and make sure it matches the 2011 NOC of HRSDC for code 3233.

If you're JD fits NOC 2011's description for the duties and responsibilities under 3012 then i guess you won't have a problem on that aspect. I have heard a lot, however, that the reason for rejection might be due to degree equivalency. Some Filipino nurses were evaluated to have degrees equivalent to what LPNs in canada have. Well, im not sure about this thing. I applied for 3012 as well, but i have a masters degree. I was given by WES an evaluation of 4 year Bachelor's degree. My work is a nurse researcher and basically my JD describes what a nurse researcher does. If you look at it at the NOC 2011 description, a nurse researcher was described very briefly, one line nga lang yata. But I got a positive assessment from CIO and now i'm waiting for my MR. Just to be safe, check your degree equivalency also aside from the JD you have.

Ang alam ko kasi... Mas nag ma matter ang JD. Since ang nursing assistant and registered nurse e halos same naman ng JD... Kaya ok lang.

Actually I was given a 2 year diploma by WES. Then ang nakalagay dun na major is nursing assistant. Yun din ang isang reason why I chose to apply as LPN (3233) instead of RN (3012) Kahit ang title ko tlaga sa work is staff nurse.
