honestly ayen, CIO lng mkakapgsabi kung closed na ung 2174 kung september slim na ung chances pero continue to pray pa rin.

I've had several business trip to US since 2006 (mga 6 or 7 times) the first one lasted for 6-months. Do you think need ko ang FBI clearance? baka kasi hingan ako sabay sa MR so mas mabuti start ko na ang process ngaun.

Yes, asikasuhin mo na yan. My 6-month trip was 2007 pa at hiningan ako ng fbi certificate. Be proactive na lang din. Gather all docs that they may request kaysa maipit ka sa deadlines na ibigay ng CEM.

I had applied for Permanent Residence under Federal Skilled Worker 2014 program in June 2014. My credit card has been charged last September 26, 2014. As of now I'm waiting for Positive Eligibility Review confirmation. Due to suspension of Weisdorf, Erwin John my authorized representative, I'm not sure where will they send correspondence. I already have a new representative who is Weisdorf, Ashley. With this case, I would like to inquire if my file has been transferred to your office.

Note: An email has been sent to CIO also but no response yet. I’m just trying my luck to get any updates from your office regarding the status of my application.

Would you please confirm kung ito pa yung "identity history summary" at ang tamang link >>> http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks/submitting-an-identity-history-summary-request-to-the-fbi.

Sa mga kasamahan ko po dito sa Saudi (Groundzero, Brown noser, Amyth), do you guys know applicant/s na kumuha ng FBI kung san sila ngpa-fingerprint? Don't know kung pano sa local police station, hanap na lang ako sana ng FBI-approved private contractors.

Sobrang labo na niyang 2174 application by September. Best thing to do is prepare a new application under a different NOC code. There are overlapping JDs sa mga NOC codes ng mga IT pips. Try playing with the JD and you'll see. Do some back reading sa international thread on how to do it. Good luck.

Hi fg101, may i know how long it took for them to do all the medical exam? What time where they in the clinic and how long was the wait for the doctor? I've inquired in Nationwide, you still have to the labs in the hospital. How come the doctor in the hospital did not administer the vaccine in his clinic?

They had a 9AM appointment and finished at around 2.30PM, the doctor arrived late ata, past 9.30AM...Hindi ko sila na ask why the doctor asked them to get their shots at another clinic, sorry...
