May question lang ako. I received my PER nung sept 10. Wala pa naman akong MR, will it be safe to renew my passport at this moment? Sa Nov. 2015 yung expiration ng passport ko. Thank u in advance!

If I may suggest... Can we add a column in the spreadsheet for the Medicals Done? So that we have an idea on the timeline from the when the medicals were completed to sending out to VO.

Meds done, Meds submitted to CEM, Meds received by CEM, Passport sent to CEM, Passport received from CEM[with the CND Visa] (just in case wala pa mga attributes/fields na to) hehe

no 3rd line sa ECAS though so no idea when they received Medical Results lol. Althought SLEC Global said they sent it October 14.

kaso dami additional document na request kasi my clerical error sa birth certificate ko although my court order na un. nag request sila ng NBI using that name pa huhuhu

Congrats ako rin maraming additional docs! Pero ok na rin kesa interview pa.

Sorry hindi ata UCI ung inaadd sa Subject ng email ko ung may E+9 digits, ngreply ulit ako to ask for UCI number.
Actually kanina lng ako ngsend ng inquiry mga around 8am then ngreply sila mga quarter to 12PM Manila time.

If starts with "E" then it could be application file number...PEr na yan for sure!

thanks to rb107f sa new information na binigay mo to those cic client na nagkaproblema dahil sa rep nla. Di na alam kung ano status nang application. Pinoy tlaga tayo nagtutulungan sa lahat ng bagay.salamat sa iyo at sa lahat na nandito sa forum.

There is no form just send the check to the address stated in the letter via courier along with other docs requested by CEM. Make a cover letter w/ your application no. and the list of docs you will send to them.

If your account is BDO, You can use Manager's Check, you can pay naman in peso as stated in the instruction, peyee is Canadian Embassy, Manila. RPRF in Php is 19,900 each for principal and spouse.

Also for your info., BDO only makes Demand Draft in USD, Metrobank and BPI pwedeng CAD for Demand draft.
