I thought palaging snail mail kapag ibinabalik ang application... Try to resend your application...

Hello dbase1981 I think nalaman nya na nareturn ung application nya via inquiry email to CIO ung 20-30 days bago sila mgreply. I think walang NER na email, they will send it back if you are not eligible.

I see buti pala na inquire para makapag prepare ng next set of apps.

I'm not sure if this was a NER e-mail. Nag follow up kasi ako dahil I haven't heard any updates for my application after 60-80 days. That's the message I received. I am thinking of resending my application although I am kinda frustrated dahil hindi ko alam kung ano ung sinasabi nilang kulang sa packet ko. :(

I suggest you post detailed information of every form you submittwd along with the supporting documents in the checklist here in the forums so that the seniors can rule out whatever is wrong in your file.

So I think based sa mga updates ng mga nareturn na application, mostly if your application passed completeness check, it will probably a PER after CC/DD charges. There is only a slim chance that you will receive a NER once your payment has been charged.

Yung sa akin September ibinalik last year, January next year na dumating... so that's 4 months.
I am planning to resend my application, and I am leaning towards just basing everything on the Checklist for the documents/files that I will send. Am I doing the right thing? Mas risky ata na mag antay pa ko, time is running out.

Ang hindi lang kasama sa sinend ko last time are the ones marked as "If Applicable" at ung hindi required like copies of paystubs and work contracts. For proof of residency ng relative, I only provided a utility bill bearing my relative's address.

Nakakapraning. :'(

If you have spare IELTS and WES original, please go ahead submit a new application but please ask someone to double check your papers/documents based on the checklist to counter check it is complete.

I'm praying na makaabot ka pa. Stay positive.

Hi Im just wondering why you have to submit the form Additional Dependants/Declaration - IMM 0008DEP?
Baka inakala ng officer na more than 5 kayo tpos kulang yong identity & civil status documents mo.
hindi kaya yon?
