pwede po ba malaman kailan usually tumatawag ang CIC sa bank for settlement fund?during completeness check po ba?sa CIO pa po ba or pag na forward na ang application sa local VO?thank you..

Hi angel1483. After you received the PER then while the docs are with the local VO then verification will/ might happen.

Hey Maegirl, relax. Some would take a week from CC charge to receiving PER. You will receive your PER soon, don't worry. All the Best!

Sureluck ksamahan ko sa work. Hiningi din email add niya.Meron din dito sa forum na hiningi Email niya ng embassy. Waiting lahat sila ng PER. Pero for sure darating din yan. Minsan kasi yung nag rereview ang bagal. Kaya hintay lang talaga.

@ gepers ung kaibigan mo ba under CIC consultancy? Kc ung friend ko about to receive na dapat ng PER as per her inquiry to the Processing department ng CIC consultancy, may some delays to receive PER since the recent changes on the representative suspension. Medyo naconfuse nga sya sabi sa kanya na expect a call that from Embassy so inaassume na nya na natransfer na ung application nya sa local VO without sending the PER if nakareceive ng call from Embassy? Pakitanung nmn sa kakilala mo hehe, medyo worried na rin kc sya eh.

ahh ok gets ko na..hehe.plano ko po kasi gamitin muna yung settlement funds ko sa bank then ibabalik ko ulit pag ng verify na sila.. thank you po sa info..

Sad news for me, I just received correspondence from CIO this Monday that my application was returned nung June 12 pa as it was deemed incomplete pero up to now wala pa akong narerereceive from the Post Office. I already went and checked with my local PO pero wala daw sa kanila and since regular mail siya pinadala, there are chances na nawala na.

I am trying to fill out updated forms and collect up-to-date requirements para makasubmit uli ako pero hindi ko alam ano ang kulang sa sinend ko dahil as I checked the photocopies I have and yung Checklist, naisend ko naman lahat. I know it's a risk to wait for the package to arrive since October na and December yung last na pagtanggap for FSW 2014. Is it safe to base it on the Checklist again, make sure everything is complete then resend? Need your thoughts guys...

Oh that's sad to know. Ano daw sepcific forms ang lacking? Hindi ba specific ang kanilang reason for rejection?

No eh, here's an excerpt of the e-mail I received:

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 12 June 2014. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.
We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

I would like to believe na hindi pa siya "rejected" since there were no charges on my CC yet to-date. Nakaka worry lang na it was tagged as "incomplete" when I tried too make sure I submitted all the documents as listed in the Checklist...

Ngayon ko lang nalaman na may NER email? I thought palaging snail mail kapag ibinabalik ang application... Try to resend your application... IELTS and ECA lang naman ata kailangan na original.

Yun ang nakakalungkot sa atin, na kapag regular mail, mas malaki ang chance na mawawala. Sana kahit regular mail, gandahan nila ang serbisyo sa pag dedeliver ng mga packages... Try to resend po, di naman ganun ka hot ang NOC mo.

Yung sa akin September ibinalik last year, January next year na dumating... so that's 4 months.

I am thinking of resending my application although I am kinda frustrated dahil hindi ko alam kung ano ung sinasabi nilang kulang sa packet ko.

I am thinking of resending my application although I am kinda frustrated dahil hindi ko alam kung ano ung sinasabi nilang kulang sa packet ko.

Try mo kaya read yung mga rejection reasons. Most probably magkakaidea ka kung ano yung sinasabi nilang kulang. Malamang mga common reasons yun such as birth certificate, unsigned forms etc. Try to put up na agad yung apps mo, baka naman dumating bigla, kasi 4 months inabot nung cap reached ko last year bago makarating sa akin.
