Btw, diba the RPRF can be paid through bank draft/certified check/postal money order/manager's check? For instance I choose manager's check as a form of payment. How do I send this to the visa office? Courier ba?

(Haha, sorry, such a silly question. Di ko pa nababasa fully yung instructions kasi nasa office pa ako. But I know one of you guys are bound to reply quickly and it's easier for me to check here. )

May 30 applicant. Til now cc not charged. Reviewed application, as per checklist, complete naman ang sinubmit. Kung completeness check lang yung first stage, at least man lang na-charge cc. Baka nawala nila yung application? But may nag-receive sa CIO e. Sent email to sydney, ns but no reply as of yet.

Ask ko lang po sa nyo kung nagpasa ba kau ng highschool diploma? Kasi yung friend ko na under FSW 2013, hiningan daw.

kami, hindi na, as long as you are a college or university graduate, normally no need na kasi automatic naman yun na graduate ka ng high school

I am trying my luck sa FWSP under 2174.
Questions:
1. Nagsara na ung companies na pinagtrabahuhan ko dati at ung employment certificate ko po is hindi detalyado. Nakalagay lang na nagtrabaho ako sa company ng from this year to that year at ung designation is graphic designer. Although ang trabaho po includes web programing at may animation. Ano po ang dapat kng gawin?

2. Ngayon po ang trabaho ko is GUI designer, still under 2174. pero nong tinidnan ko ung main duties sa site www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=2&val1=2174&val65=* e walang nakalagay about sa GUI designer. Makakaapekto ba ito sa application ko since more on interface designing ang ginagawa at hindi sya more on programing side?

3. Buntis si misis ngayon. Ano po ang dapat gawin pag nag submit ako ng application (i am planning to submit this December).

4. Part-time. May client ako sa Quebec para web jobs. macoconsidered po ba ito as part time job in Canada? Ung payment po is tru paypal. Doon lang po ung record ko ng trabaho.

Hi Bro,

My suggestion is to look into other computer occupation code, kasi by december sarado na ang 2174. Check other alternatives, like maybe your wife can be the one who applies, baka puwede ang occupation code nya.

The freelance work that you do for the Quebec-based client won't be considered as work in Canada, unless may dineclare kang Canadian tax for it.

Makakuha ba talaga ng current balance ang CIC sa bank kung tatawag sila? Kasi nakausap ko ang officer ng metrobank, ang sabi nya di daw cla magbigay ng other info aside sa info na nasa bankcert. Maybe it's because of bank secrecy law.

Actually regarding sa proof of fund normally if medyo suspicious ung funds mo you can be invited for an interview and one items n they can clarify is your proof of funds hindi nmn tlga ngveverify ng amount ung embassy they can verify the account if existing pero not the running or current balance. They can also ask for 6 months bank statement

Hello..

I just want to ask what would be the equivalent points for this working experience.

My wife will soon file an application for NOC 1212 as Cost Supervisor.
However, her title from her previous job does not match any of those lists under 1212 but her main duties or job can still be considered under this category.

For the timeline;
2010-present Cost Supervisor
2008-2010 Department Supervisor

Total working experience: 6yrs

Will CIC consider Cost Supervisor (4yrs) working experience only? In this case, we will have only 13pts.
Or will they will also consider her previous job (6yrs total)? ???

Sureluck ksamahan ko sa work. Hiningi din email add niya.Meron din dito sa forum na hiningi Email niya ng embassy. Waiting lahat sila ng PER. Pero for sure darating din yan. Minsan kasi yung nag rereview ang bagal. Kaya hintay lang talaga.
