Hi! Isa rin po ako sa mga clients ng canadian immigration consultancy. Medyo nagulat po ako kasi di pala na inform yung mga clients nila regarding the suspension of weisdorf's license. Sa case ko po kasi dapat ipapadala na yung app ko ng last week of august but nung august 30 i received a call from my agent and she informed me that weisdorf's license got suspended so ang sabi niya sa akin wag na raw kmi gumamit ng representative and ung mailing address na gagamitin ay yung sa akin na lng which is ikinatuwa ko.


Na send po ng cic ung application ko last sept.2 and it was received in cio sept.8.

Ako tinawagan ako kanina ng agent ko, they said na magsesend sila ng updates within the day on what the action item is. Sabi nila, theres nothing to worry about, its just that a new use of rep form should be sent to the CIO. They already forwarded me the new use of rep document, they just need me to verify, print and sign. Isusubmit ko siya tomorrow if ever.

We apologize if it took us a little while to inform you about this because we need to inform the respective visa offices. Letters has to be sent to all visa offices and we need to make sure that we are guided accordingly by their immigration procedures prior to informing you in writing.

In the communication received from the visa office you are required to submit new representative form IMM 5476E. Our office will be contacting you within the following days for a new Authorized Representative form (IMM 5476E) to be signed. This form will be submitted to Citizenship and Immigration Canada to update the file and as part of the additional requirement."

sabi ng agent..pede din daw padala sa email q yun PER...ang gulo nga e..

sabi q nga wala ba aqo fill up n form..sabi inaayos pa daw nila..

Eds wifey, i know from a friend, bestfriend actually, that CEM is sending correspondence to the main applicant even if you have a representative. Un bestfriend ko, mas nauna pa sinend sa email nia un MR at RPRF kesa sa agent. Siya pa nga nag-inform sa cic that time na may MR na siya (that was way back 2012). Dunno if ganon pa tin ngaun...

Gulo naman ..Ang agent tinanung ko kung kelan ipapadala sabi naman hinihintay pa daw nila reply ng CIO meaning hindi pa clear talaga.

My thoughts on this one dapat sa suspended agent p rin sya isesend and dapat ung consultancy may closed coordination p rin sa kanya since d nmn basta basta mgpalit ng information ng agent specially kung nsa per stage k na. Nakita mo ba sa form kung ung agent email address ung nkalgay for all future communications or may alternate email address?

Mam pwede po ba humingi ng opinion nio.. I had filed my fsw package ngaun buwan po. May dilemma po is a job offer was sent to me again.. A work outside po.. The thing is I need to change my passport including my wife's would it cause a problem while my application is being processed or once I received my PER AY pwede ko sila inform that I changed my passport just give them the necessary details of it and the recent changes in my work site? Would that be enough?

Or mas better na dto n LNG ako sa pinas at mag intay ng result ng application ko sa cic..

Guys I need your opinion and advice. Need namin ng work mag asawa for our little child..

re: case of suspended representative... does it say na lahat ng previous representation na invalid na or di na sya pwedeng kumuha ng bago, pero tuloy pa din yung luma. Kasi may cases na ganoon eh di lang sila pwede kumuha ng bagong clients, pero yung existing clients nila before the suspension pwede pa. Iclear nyo muna with Cic..and also di ba may website kung saan makalagay yung mga authorized na repesentatives, may section doon for suspended reps and to what extent ang suspension nila.

in any case..magpadala na lang ng new form stating your new representative or kung icacacancel nyo na yung representative nyo.

Theus17 ang take ko dito ha., as long as ung passport mo n pinasa mo is valid pa according to required months ok pa yun, ngayon dahil may offer ka sa abroad at need mo mag renew, pwede mo ito gawin as long as i uupdate mo ang local VO mo.

Yun din po.. Bale 2 yr pa nmn validity ng passport nmin... Pero pinaparenew kming ng employer ng passport.. Sayang naman kasi maka 1 yr pa Kmi sa abroad ulit.. Thank you so much mate.. Mejo nkakapag isip na ko ng konti..
